Not an easy to use system.
maybe due to my GP limiting its use.
i feel sorry for elderly people who are told they must use this system.

so many people just ring the surgery which as a log jam of calls most of the time.
its ok for people who use computers daily but many people not just the elderly do not use computers nor wish to.

Patch's is, as far as I'm concerned, the best thing ever for contacting a Dr.

No waiting ages on the phone and no options to listen too.

But more importantly we're contacted within a few hours.

Brilliant idea.

Would be zero if available. Absolutely shite - prevents access to your NHS app & relies on your GP being available for the service you require. Another illustration of a faceless bureaucrat believing they know best.

Perfect and easy to use

Patches seems a good system and can save a lot of time or having to keep ringing up and waiting on a telephone

This has been a whole lot easier not waiting on the phone, not having to phone up bang on 8am to be first on the line. Having this service with my gp surgery has been a game changer for me

I feel for the next generation getting old .went to my doctors to make appointment (first time for 5 years ) receptionist said I had to use patches WTF after spending 2hours trying to navigate the system got appointment in 3week am at a stage in life when I wake up and there won't be a tomorrow

patches enables me to contact my GP via online methods about most things from medication to letter requests and doctor appointment requests or contact detail changes etc. I can also submit documents which is good from other health providers to my GP electronically which can then be processed by the GP office staff.

I have been trying to get an appointment for quite sometime. The receptionist advised Patchs.
I think this system should be readily available.

The experience no matter when or if by phone, face - face, video call has always been 100% perfect

What a great service, easy and able to contact someone at the surgery when theres no appointments available

The nurse was very friendly and efficient she had no problem getting a blood sample even though I have poor veins. I was in and out before I knew it

I have liked PATCHES from the beginning. Always get efficient fast service.

This has been rubbish from day one. Typical UK IT. Nothing tested just made live with no thought to how it is used. Logged in and presented with the usual pathetic cookie options. Rejected and tapped on return arrow to be logged out. Morons.

Excellent way to contact my doctors surgery with a non urgent query.
