Before learning of Richard's content, I never took phone interviews seriously. I had always perceived them to be a casual chat, but little did I know the degree the interviewers are assessing you over the phone.
I had attended another phone interview today, and armed with knowledge and insights from Richard's experience, I was proud of how I had performed during the phone interview!

Plenty of months ago I came to know about Richard Mc Munn through a YouTube video namely "How to introduce yourself in an interview" and I was so pleased with his content that I wanted to connect with him through LinkedIn. Most importantly, the connection request was made from Bangladesh to Richard who is from England. Even if you cancelled your membership, you found that they auto-charge the account. When you contact them, they refund you to keep you silent.
I found they charged me for two months. When I contacted them, they threw back one month. Then I contacted them to refund the second month. They did, and I contacted my bank to put a notice on their website.
Horrible experience, and no need for it. You sell good material and can make it expensive, but don't scam people. I lost your site's respect, Richard. I will go through my friend list of whom I recommended your site to and warn them. Going forward, I will not recommend you to anyone and Will red-flag you in my company.
I added this later: the martial is amazing, as I need to be fair for Richard. More transparency in the account dashboard regarding charges will make the web extremely valuable.
Add after the generous reply of the website: when I cancelled my subscription on the account , their is no way to know that I have to send another email to cancel the subscription one more time through email. Also, the cancellation email I received mentioned if you cancelled your subscription, no action is needed. Also, their is no way in the account to see the monthly charge or even the amount paid for the material in the first place, which is well deserved for your valuable material. Again, Martials are amazing and value more than the first amount paid for. But, If I can’t see the charges in my account and discover it on my bank statement, this is lack of transparency. Requiring double cancellation in the account and through emails entails some intention.
The refund with promptly, no issue with that and I was so clear that you returned the money in my review. Please have the charges available on the personal account, that will make it clear to your customers.

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the experience you have encountered with our services. I will do my best to resolve this issue for you. As soon as we were made aware that you wished to cancel your subscription, we actioned this within 24 hours after your initial request was sent on the 17th of August. Within this time, as requested, we also fully refunded the charges. You mentioned in your correspondence that you previously cancelled the subscription early on. To the best of our knowledge, this was not received at our end. Would it be possible to forward this correspondence so that we can investigate this issue?
In regards to transparency, we do advise customers of the membership on the product web page, at checkout, and on your receipt. We also sent you two reminder emails, one seven days and another two days prior to the initial renewal date.
In regards to your user account, there is a section that advises the customer if there is a subscription attached to their account and also advises on the renewal date and how to cancel if the service is not required or no longer needed.
Once again, we are very sorry that our services have fallen below your expectations, and we value your feedback. We would love to discuss this further with you, so please feel free to reach out to us if there are any areas you'd like further clarification on. We wish you all the best with your career. I do hope that this resolves the issue for you, but if there is anything else I can do to assist, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My interview was soon after and on very short notice. But the prep that we worked on was invaluable.

Very disappointed
This feels like scam with the autorenewal. When first using the service the auto renewal aspect fo the service seemed very fine print or non existant. I would NOT recommend using this service at all. Use other more transparent website for interviews. When first paying for the service it did not feel like it was a auto renewal sevice. They made it difficult to un subsrcibe. Did not receive any email after paying for the service specifying this was for subscription. Did not even know my user name until I logged in to the service. Overall poor experience.
