I had an upcoming interview for a prestigious institute in London for an NHS post and I had prepared very well from the technical aspects of it. However,I wasn't quite prepared with regards to behaviour questions and I lacked the structure to answer.
Dave was my trainer and he pitched in at the right time and he obliged me by accepting to offer his expertise at the last minute and that too after 5pm on a Friday via teams. Dave was extremely professional and patient with me. He provided me the structure to answer the questions and also took a mock test and identified my weakness and ironed them out. We worked together for 2 hrs and to be honest, I was super confident, and I knew I'm going to ACE the interview.
After 2 days, I got the job and I truly attribute my success to Dave.

The Interview Training course is great.
The course was great. It covered all aspects, and I learned a lot from it. Although I haven't gotten an interview yet, I am sure this course will help me a lot through this phase.

This is such a great research tool and Richard’s videos are fantastic even though I have had a number of interviews these have really helped me gain insights to improving my answers and helping my knowledge. I think it’s should be rolled out in schools, universities and job centres as it can really help in understanding how you may answer those harder questions.
