I can highly recommend Partridge Homes both as a lettings agent and estate agent. Always on Top of Things
Bought a 2 bed house and they were the estate agent of the property. Great service received from staff especially from Paul. He had been always on top of the situation and had really tried his best to put/reconcile different parties together to speed up the process. I would highly recommend Partridge Homes.

Fantastic Service

Avoid this shower
After Partridge Homes said my lovely property would sell quickly, I chose their so called "on-line only estate agent" option, which means you pay upfront. There have been no viewings in the last six months and in the twelve months its been on the market, they have provided one feedback email. With the end of the contract looming, they have failed to sell my property.

Good Morning Helen and Allan,
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review, we are obviously very disappointed with the comments you have made.
We marketed the property on the on-line only marketing package on 13th January 2017. On 8th February we had received an offer within £2,000 of the asking price which you declined. In our opinion this was a fair offer and the buyer was in a strong position to proceed.
On 10th March we had one of our Vendors who we had sold his property and agreed with him to pay the asking price for your property, however this Gentleman suffered three heart attacks and unfortunately had to withdraw from his sale and purchase.
We have advised you on several occasions that the fact the property has 58 years left on the lease does restrict the market as many lender will not lend to buyers with a low lease.
On 12th May 17, we advised you to make enquiries to extend the lease to make the property more appealing and allow buyers to have a mortgage. We would then review the price of the property to incorporate an extended lease. In the meantime we arranged for new photos to be to give the property a fresh image on-line whilst you obtained details about the lease.
On 30th June 17 you asked us to reduce the property by £50 and amend the description which we did for you.
On 27th July 2017 you asked us to reduce the property by a further £900 which we did this again for you and requested details on the cost from the Freeholders to extend the lease. It was then confirmed that the Freeholders have advised the cost to extend the lease would be between £9,000 to £13,000.
Our advice has been to look to extend the lease as at the moment the property is restricted to predominately cash buyers and we can then review the price to incorporate the extended lease. I have also advised you that we would be happy to rent the property for you on a short term basis whilst the lease extension goes through to ensure that you are receiving an income from the flat.
We are more than happy to continue marketing the property at no extra cost for you after the 12 month marketing package expires, however we really do feel that you should look at extending the lease.
We are sorry that you have felt the need to carry out a 1 star review on trustpilot and google, it has been our genuine desire to get your property sold and we will continue to do our best for you.

We recently purchased a house through Partridge Homes in Shirley, Solihull. They (Charlotte and Paul) understood our situation against other offers and made fair recommendation to the vendors. Since we were more Proceedable compared to others, we managed to get this lovely property.

Pathetic excuse for a estate agents
Pathetic excuse for a estate agents. Found a house on their website so rang up got told it wasn't available. When we mentioned it was on their website they told us they would call back. They never did. We had to call them. Suddenly the house was available. We arranged a viewing for a Saturday. The only time me and my partner could make as I work different shifts to my partner. We got there and waited for the viewing only to be told I have the wrong keys. I can't open the door. He then said I thought I had the wrong keys. So why not pick up the right keys? Are the keys not labelled? Do they have random keys just dotted about and it's pot luck. You have now lost a potential tenant

Following the phone call our office made to your partner, we did advise that the previous tenants had acted inappropriately and changed the locks. As you know since this incident you had applied for a property with Partridge Homes, hopefully you were more satisfied with the viewing and the service received.
I can assure you we do not have keys dotted about, this incident was totally out of our control.
