Best estate agents in the midlands

The best company for house sale.
The care and consideration given to myself after a bereavement was exceptional. The house was sold quickly and I was helped through the process, they brought an issue to my attention which I will always be grateful for. They are extremely professional, have an attention for detail. I would highly recommend partridge estate agents and would have no hesitation to use them myself if needed again in the future. I have recently used partridge estate agent Yardley to sell my house. I must say I am highly impressed with the service and support provided by Callum and the team . Very helpful and trustworthy

Apparently they must be so busy because they failed to arrange a valuation appointment or reply to my email. But no worries, plenty of Estate agents looking for instructions - I wouldn’t bother with such a business that’s so blatantly busy!

Me and my partner have put our property…
Me and my partner have put our property on the market with Partridge Homes and we are delighted with the service so far. Eve came out the day after the valuation to take pictures and was incredibly professional. She took videos and pictures of our property and was polite when doing so. She also got drone footage for the video and took time showing our children who loved it. The pictures and video look great and we have already got viewings booked in.

Probably the least responsive agents I’ve ever dealt with
The agents aren’t responsive to emails and important issues tenants raise after they have moved in. Our property hadn’t been professionally cleaned before we moved in, the oven was rusty and unusable. They know we have young children. I haven’t had a single reply to any emails, except the email confirming we had paid our deposit and upfront rent, of course. We have received a few phone calls from the agents simply regurgitating information already provided to us by the landlord. We wouldn’t recommend these agents if you’re looking for a responsive agent to help manage a rented property and we certainly wouldn’t use them again!

I was recommended Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents by a friend who had used them and I cannot rate them highly enough. Calum was really professional and friendly, extremely quick to respond and action my enquiry. The marketing of my property by Eve has been exceptional. The photos and video tour really are stunning and completely above any from previous estate agents. From my property going live on the market on Friday, I had a viewing on the Sunday and offer accepted on Monday. Unbelievable.
