I am happy with the service at the end
I am happy with the service at the end. Just one day delivery does not mean that you will get your parcel next working day. So it is a little bit annoying as you pay for one day delivery and get it after two days. But they sorted out this issue for me, so they deserved 5 stars for sure!

Service was excellent
Service was excellent, and the products are of very good quality. I have an African Grey who is a big representative of his species and very strong. He destroys most "normal" plastic-type toys in minutes even those recommended for Greys. The ones I got from Parrot Essentials are standing up well.

Besvarelse fra Parrot Essentials
Hi Laurence.
Thank you for the feedback.
I am really not sure what happened and why the line dropped. When I tried to return the call it was engaged because you were still waiting on the other side.
I am sorry about this technology hiccup.
We will try to do better the next time.
Kind regards,
Anguel
