ANOTHER UPDATE: Parking Appeals Group are still unable to prove that they've appealed against my ticket even though they said they would be able to. They have basically lied about providing a service and it seems I'm not the only one. I still owe £155 to DCBL so I've asked for their thoughts on this but still haven't received a reply.

UPDATE: Following this review and my email to them I've now received an email from Parking Appeals Group telling me that they were actively working on my case and not 'fobbing me off'. However, they haven't been able to provide proof of appeal yet but this is not surprising as I've contacted Euro Car Parks, who state that no appeal has been made against my PCN, and I've contacted POPLA who also have no record of an appeal. Even if an appeal had been made to POPLA the decision would not take 15 months but a matter of weeks. They have at least arranged a refund of £25 which I suppose is some admittance of their poor service.

I asked Parking Appeals Group to appeal a parking ticket from December 2024. They told me that the appeal was with POPLA but so far they've been unable to provide any proof that they've done this and that they are in receipt of a decision by POPLA. Every time I email them they either ignore me or tell me they are looking into it. I would definitely not recommend them and I will never use them again.

Another court claim successfully challenged and discontinued. I’ve used Parking Appeals for years, and they’ve achieved a 100% success rate with all of my cases. They always respond promptly to emails and act quickly whenever needed. Their knowledge and professionalism are second to none, they clearly know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommended.

Absolutely useless company, I had to get a solicitor involved to battle a ticket and the solicitor informed me that they didn’t even appeal my ticket. This whole ordeal cost me roughly £600 all because they didn’t deal with the ticket in the first instance. I would NEVER recommend using this company, they just steal your money and you can barely get ahold of them.

Sigh, I wanted to think the other reviews were wrong. I’ve been dealing with an issue with them for over 2 years. They never say what’s going on, Julianne if she even exists she’s to always be the person I’m redirected too, she knows nothing and apologies and “resubmits” my documents. All a headache really, not fit for purpose

Poor communication, wouldn’t refund . Ended up taking days to get any kind of response -they constantly say 2 working days -this is untrue. No phone lines, rude emails back. Just avoid at all costs. I’m now £180 down. I don’t normally do reviews but service was so bad 0/5

My personal experience has been great. Merika and her team helped me fight a wrongly issued parking ticket I was given by Lambeth council due to contradictory signage. Merika and her team kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I was unsure of as it was my first time appealing a ticket to adjudication/tribunal stage. I felt supported and represented and they fought the ticket for me until the end. My ticket was cancelled so I'm very pleased with this service

Ended up with Baliffs at my door.

I had a PCN for £60 and ended up paying £500 to the baliffs.

I use this service for convenience I don’t have time to do the appeals. They took charge and appealed it late (according to the council). I chased so so many times with them and they told me that they were dealing with it. Then baliffs show up to my house at 5am. I told them and they were annoyed and asked me why I let the baliffs come in. Actually unbelievable. So rude and inconsiderate.

They said they’ve appealed the issue with the council and that it’s not that fault. No sympathy, no refund, no nothing. Just pushing back at everything I say It’s been over a year and they haven’t refunded me my money and have been extremely rude, as though my upset is not justified.

Me and all my friends used to use this service. All 9 of us have now stopped because of similar issues. Not worth the hassle. I would avoid at all costs. Literally 0/10 service. Will be reporting to the regulators. AVOID

I'm going to be entirely honest, she is very knowledgable about the laws regarding parking fines and the litigation proceedings around it.However, I will not recommend using this service by any means for anything other than private parking tickets at the first stage if you still want to take the risk. I haven't ever used this service for that but I believe thats as far as their capablities go. I used this service for a ticket that went to court that was previously appealed and it has been hell ever since. This ticket was given in 2020 and the devils gladstone solicitors are still following up in 2026 regarding the court case that she failed to attend and not notify me. I had to find out from the courts themselves so followed up and she recommended putting through a set aside that cost 265£ and just imagine the ticket cost £260. After this was sent to the courts she failed to attend again and guess what I only was notified by the courts when they let me know that a county court judgement has been set. Throughout the process I was sold sweet lies and I can only blame myself for being so naive and if I can take it all back I wouldve just paid the devils. She told me she would pay back the money I sent for the set aside and after constant follow-ups I received no responses and it was at that moment I realized I was dealing with the real devil herself. As I said I can take accountability as I shouldve accepted the inital judgement and paid but just imagine having to deal with this 5 years later in this economy. I wouldn't recommend ever using this service as I believe they just dont have enough resource and market themselves very well. Theyre very happy to take to take your money and sell you sweet dreams but it will cost you in the end, they dont have the skill or experience. You may get lucky but as I said it is not worth the stress or CCJ.

i would give zero if i could. It's clear they are understaffed and as such, their work is shoddy and rushed meaning they make costly errors. Communication? they don't know the meaning. Honestly don't waste your time, money or peace on them.

I have used Parking Appeals Group several times over the years. They have always been able to help me, even in very difficult situations. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys.

Successfully appealed my parking ticket, absolutely no fuss at all and took care of the whole process. The form they give is easy to fill out and then let them work their magic!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Officially recieved a letter of claim from the courts regarding this ticket. Can’t believe they take £25 to not do nothing about it. No phone number nothing. Absolutely waste of my time. If i could 0 stars i would. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews, its probably the staff themselves writing them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want your PCN to be tripled and have a letter from the courts

Jaye / Merika are magnificent at what they do, always responding in a timely manner and while certain stages of county claim courts is a super long waiting game, they keep on top of things - even when I’ve requested last min help with a county claim form, the team responded super quickly.

I’m a returning customer and this is now 3/3 wins against these private companies. Thank you Merika / Jaye and team! Keep up the great work.

Jaye was amazing and supported me throughout the entire process. No matter when I reached out, he always took the time to explain what was happening and what the next steps would be. Bunch of scammers I will need to process a charge back to get my money back because it seems they've done nothing so far.

For those who think this company is a scam….i can assure you they are not!! I will never forget the anxiety and stress I through over a parking tickets and these legends came to the rescue! I have been using their services for years and haven’t had an issue. And most of my appeals have been successful. They are currently dealing with a small claim court by a private parking company and I trust they will win!

Scam.. they take your money and dont even reply to emails. In the email it states we wont email you unless we cant help with your case… in the next email it says we will email you if it goes to popla. Never received an email saying it went to popla never got any replies they are lazy and unable to do their job.. lazy pen pushers have had months to sort it and are only here to increase your fines.
I feel sorry for anyone using them just pay the extra on the fine because these lott are useless 😂😂😂

Agree with all the other one star review. This company are scammers. Do not use. They have terrible communication and never not one did contact the company who gave me a PCN. After sending numerous of emails they responded to say they are still investigating. Meanwhile my tickets has gone to the ballon’s and the PCN company said they were NEVER contacted on my behalf.

They have no timeslines on when the appeal was made or how long it takes
