I have visited this Paramo store a number of times and made quite a few purchases from here. Every time I get excellent service from interested, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I can’t recommend this store highly enough.

Keswick store ‘Andy’ great, very informative

Paramo has always been my first choice for walking gear as quality is excellent. However had my first ever issue with a jacket I purchased two years ago. Sent in pics with explanation and was asked to return for warranty check. They received day 1 emailed day 2 that a replacement would be sent out and received day 3. Communication and service perfect.

I had an issue with the zip on my cascada jacket and reached out to customer services. Sean was very quick to confirm I could have a repair under warranty and made the returns process very easy. I asked for a specific date for the jacket to be sent back and he made sure this was communicated to the workshop.

Thereafter Lauren got in touch with an update and an offer to replace the jacket for a newer model. Obviously I was very happy with the proposal and replied as such. That was at lunchtime and the new jacket arrived before 0900 the next day! What service!

It is very refreshing to deal with such a professional company and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their clothing to everyone!

I was incredibly lucky to deal with Sean Bromage at Paramo when I had some issues with some of my Paramo Kit. From start to finish Sean provided what can only be described as a 'Gold Standard' in customer care and service answering all my questions and concerns throughout. Amazing technical outdoor kit backed up by someone who cared so much about my customer experience means I'll be wearing Paramo for many years to come.

I placed an enquiry about a windproof jacket and its availability with Paramo.
Katy managed to find me the jacket in the Fort William store, and corresponded with John who was very helpful.
The jacket arrived promptly.
I wore it up on the hills this evening and it was pure quality.

We had great advice from the female store assistant at Keswick store on Sunday afternoon (15th Feb). It was useful to help make a choice about which was the best fit and suitable jacket to buy.

Just had my Cascada jacket cleaned and re proofed. Less than a week from posting to return. Staff were very helpful on the telephone. Great service.

Popped into Paramo, Keswick today to ask for advice on a frayed seam on my well used and abused jacket. Was given pragmatic advice to save some money and fix it myself and they gave me a piece of fabric to match. Just the kind of service I appreciate

Kristian in the shop was brilliant, i had bought a smock from a different supplier and wanted to see if the size up fitted better before sending mine back for an exchange. Nothing was too much trouble. Well worth the trip.

Very good service every time we visit

I've spent lots of time online looking at various Páramo items. So I decided to visit the brand store in Wadhurst. All the choices , in all the sizes. Kristina was so helpful and patient and gave me great advice on various models that would work with my current items. Páramo , brilliant brand,
