My daughter’s school shoes broke on the first day of school. No refund or replacement offered.
Definitely wouldn’t buy from this company again. Such a shame as the shoes cost £60+ delivery!

I returned a pair of kids shoes that were too big, I got charged £8 for the pleasure. Never again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a baby changing bag as I was having a baby, after a month of using the bag, the straps started to come away from the bag. I had to send the bag back to them at my own expense for them to investigate. After investigation they said that it wasn’t faulty so the damage was because I misused it.. the bag was obviously not fit for purpose as I used it to put my babies things in it, as i should have! For the price I paid for the bag I would have expected it to last a lot longer than a month. I have seen bags from Shein that are better quality than this rubbish. They then said I would have to pay delivery to get my bag back. Worst customer service team, they came across very stuck up and rude. Makes sense now other reviews have said the same! Made the mistake and will definitely not be shopping there again!

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter in at the End of February for £65 + p&p, by the start of May the strap had broken.

The returns policy is to send an image, once it was inspected to return the shoes - at my cost and then wait “around 2 weeks” for the manufacturer to confirm if they’re faulty.

While this is (just about) inside statutory rights, it leaves you with no shoes for your child for weeks. Not least the whole interaction with the shop was VERY rude. I’d never shop here again.

What a horrible shop!. When I finally got through to them a lady answered who spoke like I was a nuisance, she was snappy & curt. I wanted to know that all the items in my basket were in stock because the reviews complain of buying items which turn out to not be in stock. She said 'If they're in your basket they're in stock!' I said ok & thanked her, I couldn't wait to get away from this person. I also asked why Clearpay wasn't accepting my login - she said that's down to them not us. That turned out to be nonsense as I've just purchased all items from different stores and paid no issues. Before leaving to shop elsewhere I noticed she'd emptied my basket & the items were indeed NOT in stock. As others have stated AVOID!
Rude & miserable phone or shop staff can cause deep upset with their moods & this store should take note that people will see your reviews and instead shop where they're treated with respect.

Disgusting service. Sent for delivery left outside once told not received wouldn’t do anything about it even though DPD had a photo of the parcel left outside

Ordered my daughter a new pair of school shoes as hers were broken, ordered Monday 20th Jan 2025. Checked tracking today Wednesday 22nd Jan because she's currently in trainers and my order has been cancelled no explanation as to why so now I'm left scrambling to find some decent shoes when I could have searched for a company that would honour my order. What a waste of time. AVOID

Horrible customer service, Royal Mail parcel got lost and this store did not want to help me !, emailed sent Facebook messages to finally be told nothing could be done for me claim closed through Royal Mail how ever I phoned Royal Mail myself and this store did not even bother to open a claim /dispute so I have done this myself., I have sent the claims number onto them several times so they can claim the money back from this number through Royal Mail and they will not help me at all ! Will never buy of this website again customer service is beyond a joke ! Lie after lie

Have just ordered a jacket for my granddaughter I couldn’t get her size anywhere. I was very weary as this was my first time ordering from panache kids. I was very impressed with their service and quick delivery. Only thing I could say is next day delivery was on time but a bit expensive.

Extremely insulted at the sheer disrespect from the owner Trudi. This is apparently how she speaks about her customers who have built her business. Also being “elderly” is apparently a free pass to being rude, but I am pretty sure she knows what’s right from wrong.

And yes, I called and requested for a refund as dpd lost my parcel. I called 3 times before finally getting a response. I wouldn’t recommend Panache, take your business elsewhere, I know I will be.

I have ordered from here a few times and it is always a really quick delivery! Happy with the shoes I have ordered! Great company x

Absolutely amazing lady that owns this business. Went above and beyond for me and my daughter. The quality of the shoes are fantastic. She is so helpful and a lovely person to deal with. 100% definitely use again, Olivia loved her shoes and goody bag x

Order returned to sender (you) by DPD over 6 weeks ago and you still haven’t refunded me. Tried calling your online customer service number for days and nobody bothers to answer. Worst customer service ever, don’t order here - still waiting on a refund and unable to get hold of anyone

Omg had to come on and leave a review I don’t normally leave them but I ordered 2 outfits for my children from panache yesterday they arrived first thing this morning absoloutley love them so beautiful and there was even two big gift bags filled with beautiful things for my two little girls which they were over the moon with they’ve played with them for an hour we are all delighted! I have ordered the odd pair of patent shoes from Panache in the past but usually use another store for all my girls clothing but after 6 years I think I have be converted. Will defiantly use again and recommend to family/friends 10/10 *****

Great service. I ordered over the weekend and the product came within 2 days. Granddaughter loves the footwear, and the gift included was a lovely touch.

Sorry to say that the buckle has completely snapped off one shoe, rendering the shoes unwearable, so we have had to buy some replacement boots as a last minute alternative for her Sunday best.

Given that these shoes were expensive, I would have expected them to last longer than only 5 months.

I sent the above in an email to Panache a week ago, someone said they would get back to me but I've never heard from them since, and have not been offered any refund/compensation. Very disappointed in the quality of shoe, and lack of decent customer service.

Your money is better spent elsewhere.
