I ordered 10 medium size double-strength boxes with bubble wrap and tape for next-day delivery as I am moving from a one bedroom flat. I received an email with my tracking number, and sure enough, the boxes were delivered in good time. They are strong, sturdy and being double-strength do not buckle. They also hold a surprising amount - the perfect size for carrying. I highly recommend this company.

I had to relocate from London to Bristol in an emergency. So, I ordered a few packing products from the website. I found really interesting that whatever they promise they proved it. They delivered my order to the very next day from the order. Due to them, I got shifted my stuffs in less time. Thanks, Packing Solution for helping me.

Top class service. I ordered these same goods twice from different suppliers during the previous few weeks but on both occasions nothing ever turned up. They both refunded but this did not get the required job done!.
Packing Solution delivered the required materials in the stated timescale, can't ask better than that. First Class customer service.

Don’t use if you want a reliable service. The next day delivery service is a waste of money. Would not use again.

Ordered some boxes tape and wrapping on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery
It was bank holiday weekend so I assumed either sat or at the latest Tuesday.
After nothing arrived tue I emailed eventually they replied and said they had checked and it would definitely be Wednesday, nothing Wednesday they said they you'd cancel the order and resend to arrive on the following Monday as we were away Fri till Sunday eve.
I then recieved an email saying it had been delivered fri could I confirm.
As I was now 160 miles away I said I could not confirm and if they had been delivered they will be outside all weekend.
On returning I found them left outside all damp and had to dry them out before it was possible to use them.
I would have expected at least an apology and a refund as I paid for next day

Very unhappy with next day delivery at £4.95, ordered Thursday and Monday today and still no sign of my order. Tracking quotes tomorrow for delivery and I am back at work tomorrow so my plan to pack all weekend wasted!

Boxes ordered at close of business on Monday 1 February. It is now 5pm on Friday 5 February. No boxes. Good thing we are "planners" and weren't relying on delivery to ship our belongings. UPS tracking suggests I might get delivery on Monday 7 February, but only "1 of 2 piece shipment". Packing Solution shouldn't be suggesting next business day delivery when clearly, from other reviews, it is often NOT next day delivery.

Boxes arrived on time and were ideal for my house move

I want to give -infinity points as review if it exists. Horrible lady customer service representative , doesn’t know how to deal with our problems. This online website says 4.95 pounds for next day delivery, I paid but it’s not delivered the next day. When requested to have arranged delivery time for next delivery, it says it cannot give u exact date Nd time. Disgusting UPS. DHL is way better 😁😁

I made an order a month ago and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and never received a response. My order number #29986 placed on 23/07/2021
Probably just a scam or a really horrible company. Shame on you!

Ordered on a Thursday pre 15.00hrs with next day delivery. Actually arrived the following Tuesday. No tracking information received so I contacted Packing Solutions on the Monday and was told by a very helpful operative to 'check my spam' to find the tracking email - He wasn't interested in taking my order number but assured me I would receive the goods that day before 14.30 - Nothing! Would not recommend purely due to late delivery and the extremely poor customer services.

There was an issue with UPS (delivery was later than expected) and Packing Solutions customer service team were polite and courteous, following up with UPS on my behalf to track the order and emailing through an update. It was delivered promptly.

Happy with quality of products, would recommend.

I ordered a set of cardboard boxes at around 10am on Tuesday and they’ve arrived the next day at like 9/10am! Super speedy delivery. The company communicated my order very well, with confirmation emails and DPD tracking numbers. I’m really really happy - honestly thank you so much. I’m moving tomorrow and I left things very last minute! Haha. The cardboard boxes are great, just what I needed!

Ordered online. Sent email to ask for confirmation that they could/would deliver to the Scottish Highlands and got quick response that yes, they would. Delivery received promptly and safely by DPD - thankfully not Hermes! Great service!

Ordered an urgent packaging item on Wednesday 10th June at 4pm hoping it would arrive the following day but then found after digging through their website I needed to make my order before 3pm. The following day I received an email telling me it would be delivered Friday, I waited in all day but it did not turn up. The tracking now says it will be delivered Monday, to late for my requirement. What's the point of using a company that advertise next day delivery and charge a premium price but cannot deliver !!!

Ordered products late pm and the goods were on my doorstep the next morning. Prompt service and good quality products.
