Good boxes, good prices! The only criticism is that it not actually next day delivery on all orders - it is next day delivery after the order has been dispatched. I ordered at the evening, and the order has been dispatched the next morning. Hence, boxes have been delivered 1 day later after I order and not the next day. I think they should indicate before what time should you place your order to ensure next day delivery.

First time and found the website easy to use, boxes delivered on time and the boxes themselves served there purpose. Would use them again.

Delivered on time and exactly what I wanted

What can I say. They are boxes. However as an experienced relocater who has moved internationally on more than one occasion, I'd suggest that these are not as useful as advertised and certainly questionable on value for money. I purchased the 1 bedroom moving pack and a couple of extra boxes, including a wardrobe box. Boxes invariably do not close properly and snugly, and the wardrobe box I bought especially to carry hanging clothes crumbled with little weight applied. Based on the good £60 i spent on this, I'd not use this company again for my next move. I appreciate how quickly product was delivered, but that's about the thick of it.

Products more than met our expectations however next day delivery did NOT, whilst we understand transport can have it's problems we felt that when we contacted your office you were a little offhand and unsympathetic which is a shame as you would of received 5 stars

They use UPS as a courier company... bad choice! UPS has no hesitation in lying about your delivery not turning up and then puts the blame on you claiming I wasn't there the day before... until I've videoed the over due delivery where the delivery man apologised for running out of time to deliver the previous day. Without that video, all the blame was put onto me. Packing solution did not refund my returned consignment (as it was delivered too late for me to use the boxes) until I chased them up 10 days later. Having said that, they've refunded my credit card within the day of me chasing them up.... mentioning I still had the video of the returned delivery and the delivery man acknowledging he never tried to deliver the previous day. UPS tracking system is from last century (basically doesn't give you any info) and could take lessons from Amazon or DPD who are both streets ahead. Packing Solution got a second star for refunding me within a day of chasing them up otherwise worth only one star as it ended costing me a lot more money buying boxes locally on the day as I was desperate for them.

Ordered bubble wrap. Arrived on time and in good condition-bubbles weren't all popped. Looks to be about 100m although I haven't measured it.

Great company with great customer service. I had an issue with UPS, the courier that was supposed to deliver my box, as they failed to deliver it on time and then delivered it the next day when I had asked them to return the parcel and had received a notification saying that they would do so. So Packing Solutions gave me a refund even though I could not return my parcel to them because I was leaving the next day and UPS did not provide me with a actionable solution. They have been very understanding and kind, and they reply within 24 hours.

Boxes and packaging arrived very quickly and very satisfied with them.

Delivered late and ignored requests for refund

Disappointed! Ordered exactly the same bubble wrap I've always bought and they came smaller than before.

Easy shopping and order was despatch the same day.
Only problem was UPS said it would be delivered the following day when they didn't have it at the local office so arrived the day after.

Expressing my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent delivery experience I had with your company. On Saturday 24th June, I placed an order with the expectation of receiving next day delivery, as I paid an additional fee for this service. However, the entire process has been marred by multiple shortcomings on your end, leaving me inconvenienced and dissatisfied as a customer.

First and foremost, despite being charged for next day delivery, I received no communication whatsoever from your courier UPS regarding the change in delivery arrangements. There was no indication or notification provided to me that my package would not be delivered directly to my address as expected. This lack of communication resulted in a complete surprise when I discovered that I needed to collect the package from a different location.

Such an inconvenience defeats the purpose of paying for next day delivery, as it not only disrupts my schedule but also requires additional effort on my part to collect the package. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect timely and accurate communication regarding any changes or deviations from the original delivery plan.

Furthermore, I am disheartened by the fact that your company failed to inform me that the package would require personal collection. It is highly unprofessional to assume that customers can simply adjust their plans and be available to collect a package without prior notice. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I expect a thorough explanation as to why the delivery arrangement was changed without informing me. Secondly, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused, including a refund of the additional fee paid for next day delivery.

Moving forward, I strongly urge your company to review and enhance your communication procedures with customers. Transparency and timely updates are vital in fostering trust and maintaining a high level of service quality. Customers should not be left in the dark about changes to their delivery plans, especially when they have paid for expedited services.
