OxygenPlus Concentrators Anmeldelser

Complete ripoff . Blatant with devious little tricks with there warranty , What’s the use tho . A hundred bots just wrote a hundred great reviews.. watch yourself with this company ...

Great company. They conduct there business with honesty and integrity, something that took me by surprise in today’s business climate of fast sales, fake promises and bottom lines. I paid an excellent Reasonable price for a near perfect low hour refurbished unit delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. I’m spending my time writing because these guys are real and deserve your business.

Worked perfect. Just didn't have to correct connection from oxygen concentrators to the Brooder 90. The fitting on the Brooder was missing or wasn't included.

Talked with technician about purchase and he was very informative. Machine arrived in good condition and all works as advertised.

Great company, very fast

after an issue with a unit. oxygenPlus resent a new unit quickly. the unit arrives tomorrow. thank you

Timely delivery and it seems to work fine.

Great company, good prices and they work with you instead of forcing rules onto situations that can be negotiated to a common satisfaction. That capacity gives them an edge for my business, from now on

Very pleased with the oxygen concentrator. I have it at my son's home , where I go regularly. It is wonderful to know that I have a quality machine there to take care of my needs.

Good experience with goods delivered as promised and in good working condition. Would recommend this company.

We bought a used O2 concentrator and found that the support personnel were very helpful in explaining a) what had been refurbished, b) how the device worked, and c) generally giving us a good feeling about the purchase.

PLACEDE THEORDER ITEM ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN PROMISED

I was sent a machine that did not function as advertised, and the wrong charger for it. I paid freight twice, one time to send back the wrong parts and the other to send back the poorly functioning machine. They returned the machine still not working properly with no explanation. I would give them zero stars and recommend no one do business them. I am stuck with the cost of the machine, two freight charges, and a machine that will not work properly.

Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.Surprised how nice it looked even though it was used.

Great website, fast shipping, good product.

Was box extremely well. Unit arrived as promised.

The oxygen concentrator was filthy when it arrived. I would have assumed if it was reconditioned it surely would have been cleaned.

I try to be as careful as possible with my purchases, especially expensive ones. I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual.

The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped.

The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.

Affordable, quick shipping and good customer support. What more can you ask for?

Love this place!

I've purchased 3 refurbished
Invacare Perfecto2 V Oxygen Concentrators
from them. (One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.)

They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly.

Communication from company is good, packaging for ship is superb, price is right, what more could you ask for?

Thank you for your excellent service, Oxygen Plus.
