Very helpfull to resolve trouble shooting issue. Provided a sensor under warranty, and replacement details . Thanks, unit back up and running.

I purchased an OxyGo (with additional battery) for over $1k. it was received and worked well for about 4 mos. It then began to show "Oxygen Low" alarm, along with a horrible, high-pitched noise from the motor. I was asked to send it back for repair. After a week, I sent an email for an update...no answer. The next day I called and was told the unit was with the tech. and should hear something that evening about the cost. I was puzzled as it was still under warranty. They finally returned the unit. The exterior was dirty and the first time I used it I received the "Oxygen Low" message again. It was suggested that I wasn't breathing properly and it set the alarm off. Also, that they had put in new columns and tested it 6 hrs. before sending it to me. After a few more emails, and a few more tales they admitted that they may have pulled another machine to send me (instead of fixing the original one) and wanted me to send the unit back and they would look at it as a courtesy to me. I was tired of trying to piece together what they did and did not do and wanted a refund. There was no further communication (and very little communication in total from them). I feel they are not forthcoming as they didn't send any info. like how many hours the machine had on it, how often it was serviced, what repairs they made and how often it was repaired. I learned a huge lesson about third-party businesses and am going to pursue getting my funds returned.

Life saving, I can now travel for medical care.

You guys did excellent I use it when I came home from the hospital for two weeks since then I’ve been OK not having to use it

Great company to deal with. Quality products and service. Fast shipping. Have been a customer for over 10 years.

Exactly as advertised. Excellent packaging.

Extremely helpful and the product arrived as advertised

Great service and experience . Physical therapist

I purchased a rebuilt oxygen concentrator for half the price of a new one. It was a great deal! The company was very easy to work with and I called one time and actually spoke directly to the owner. Great people!! If I need anything else from them, I'd go back to them in a heartbeat!

Very impressed! Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would definitely shop there again!

Thank you!

This was the only used oxygen concentrator company where a live technical person answered the phone, and answered all my questions. I ordered a system, and it was shipped immediately, is like-new condition, and works well.

Fast shipping and refurbished item better than expected

I am grateful it didn't take too long to get equipment and appreciate the A plus Communication and step by steps I will order again if Needed absolutely.

They didn’t forget me and my orders. I don’t have to regroup or remember anything except my credit card. Thank you.

Unit arrived quickly! Much faster than anticipated, everything I expected was in the box, the unit was VERY well packed and received no damage during shipping, and has been working like a plow horse!
