Order not delivered, poor communication
I ordered two identical phones on 13 December 2024. On 21 December one was delivered. The second one has not been delivered at the time of writing, 13 January 2025. The support desk has repeatedly failed to provide any substantive reply to my requests. I strongly suspect that the second phone has not been shipped and they have no intention of shipping it.
Added 14 January 2025: In response to my request to provide the date when the phone was shipped and the delivery company used I received another non-substantive reply, verbatim replicating their previous reply. I have now requested a refund as they do not seem to have ever shipped the phone. We'll see...

I had reported to this organisation that I ordered and paid for Google pixel 8a phone and Google pixel watch. I have not received the phone, I have only received the watch. You said it takes between 6 to 10 days to deliver. I may have to report to my bank if I don't get the phone in the next 10 days.

I honestly thought I had been scammed…
I honestly thought I had been scammed to begin with as I payed for a camera with 2-4 days delivery and it never came, the tracking was also very odd. I made an order on the 19th December and kept on trying to contact then, definitely be persistent. My order ended up coming on 11 January I think it took so long to come because it was Chinese, my camera had a Chinese 2 pin plug which I need to now get an adapter for.

Ipad came with useless continental charger
Good price and delivery . But ipad came with a continental charger which was useless, so had to buy a UK charger from elsewhere which made the ipad no cheaper than elswhere.

Don't be put off by negative reviews.
Like a lot of other reviewers, I was hesitant about ordering from Ourfriday because of the negative reviews I read. As a bit of a safety net, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s24 Fe using my credit card. If anyone dodgy happened I would be able to claim my money back from Barclaycard. As it was, I didn't need to worry. My phone arrived by DPD 6 working days after ordering it. The phone is great, just as described and what I wanted. Thank you Ourfriday. I will definitely come back.

I have recently written two bad reviews, so you definitely know that this review is real not fake.
Well after waiting Forty One days, I have finally received my Samsung S24 phone. It is genuine and in English, I have transfered old phone data to it and tried a call and text, all working fine. I am over the moon with how cheap it was. My only criticism obviously was the delivery time, although, whether it was true or not, they did in the end say they were sending a replacement, as the carriers were returning the original parcel to them??? This was after about 35 emails to them, which to be fair, they did answer nearly all of them, probably, AI generated though? But then after receiving email to say they were replacing the phone, on Wednesday 8th, the phone arrived today, Friday 10th. I am still in shock!
Believe what you want, all I can say after a very long wait, Ourfriday came up with the goods as advertised on their site and I am very pleased with the eventual outcome, although quite stressful.

Returned faulty item never got refund

Positive-great value for money
Negative-returns policy not customer friendly. No exchanges allowed and refund only 70% of money. Remainder 30% used as credit for future purchase
Please double check size needed as I purchased Apple series 10 watch but mistakenly ordered bigger sized strap than required. Company would not exchange-rationale being once item unsealed they are unable to resell and being ‘small’ company cannot offset cost.
Support contact number is invalid although they do respond to emails next day!
In all honesty for peace of mind pay extra with reputable company thus avoiding all the post purchase hassle

Ordered a phone for my son for…
Ordered a phone for my son for christmas on 21 November 2024, got an order acknowledge email and a despatch email, with in days of ordering, as yet i still have to receive the item.
