THIEVES!!!! Beware. Ordered a Canon G7X mark iii and have never received tracking and never received my order and this order was made at the beginning of December!!!
I then submitted this too my bank as £1K was paid and due to not waiting 15 days past “expected delivery date” today I have had the £1K taken out of my bank and still no camera received! Absolutely shocking customer service from Our Friday also. Replies at 3am/4am?

Absolutely dreadful, the worst on-line purchasing experience I have ever had
Bought a pair of Beats Studio Buds for my daughter's birthday present but couldn't get them to pair with her iPhone (or another three iPhones and a Google Pixel for that matter). Reported this to Our Friday and after tooing and froing by email for a few days was asked to take video of the buds not pairing! In between time I was forced to buy a replacement pair from Argos for my daughter. After sending videos of them not working I was told to take them to an Apple store to get them repaired or replaced and Our Friday offered me a refund of £10 for the trouble! I politely refused this and asked for instructions to return the faulty product to them for a full refund. I have heard nothing back since, nor have I received any refund despite emailing a further five times. Heaven knows how much time I have wasted on this and I am still in possession of a faulty product through no fault of my own, and I am faced with the further time, inconvenience and cost of a journey into Manchester to my nearest Apple Store to try and recoup the money I have spent. Alternatively I can simply contact trading standards and/or go through the small claims court . . .

Run a mile from this company. I bought a samsung A55 £265. After eight weeks it detected moisture, even tho it wasn't near water. Long story short after sending pictures and emails, completely ignored. Samsung said the phone is not from the UK and I will have to pay to fix it. Not happy.

Ordered a new Samsung smart watch
Ordered a new Samsung smart watch, nearly £150 cheaper than Curry's, naturally I bought it, after sometime i had not heard anything and became concerned, I started checking reviews and some were not very flattering, I thought I'd wait a little longer has the narrative of reviews were saying coming from China and they didn't have a UK location. Well my watch came by DPD 2 weeks after ordering its fantastic, working brilliantly and £150 up well done Outfriday , I will most certainly use you again and nice to see that companies like this help by not letting monopoly companies like the Curry's over charge its customers! Highly recommend them .

Please don’t buy anything from this company I placed an order on the 10th December 2025 it’s now the 14th January and it still hasn’t arrived! I was given a tracking number it never landed with the courier! I have sent multiple emails there is no one to talk to about it on the phone! And the emails back just say they are looking into it! My daughter never got her Christmas present and I’m £600 down, I have asked multiple times for a refund and I keep being told it’s being actioned it’s 5 weeks on now and I feel I’m never going to see my money or I pad. Disgusting and highly disappointed, I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to receive this service 🥺 avoid them and pay the additional money else where!
