I recently purchased a portable fan from Othoba.com and was thoroughly impressed. The delivery was prompt, and the product arrived in excellent condition. অফার দেখে এদের থেকে কিনতে যাবেন না। বাটপার ইকমার্স এরা। আমার কোনো প্রোডাক্টই ভালো পরে নাই। কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ও বাজে।

On February 6, I ordered some biscuits online and made the payment online. However, they marked it as delivered without actually sending me anything. Such a scam!

Very bad management. I had a order before 1 month, money also paid. But not yet receive my things. I hate othoba.com!!

I ordered regal almirah. It took 18 days to deliver and 2 more days to send the fitting service. Call center isn't active as I expected. Everything was delayed enough. I took the product with emi and i had to push them to convert it to emi. Super horrible Experience.
Though the product quality is good as it's regal but the service is horrible

Received a Damage product. No one receives the customer care service calls. And no reply to the sent messages. Worst customer experience ever. Would discourage other people buy from Othoba.com.

They used to be quite punctual and trustworthy. But these days, they work with scammer shops and delay and delay all orders and services. Both Othoba and RFL. Their branches and stores all lie about punctuality and the availability of their goods and services. Heartbreaking.

Very poor service. I have purchased an instant geyser (Order Number: 1473153) no installation support found. Though they confirmed will provide installation support for Dhaka and Chittagong and I have raised support ticket for this but waiting for more than 10 days but failed to get any response yet, not even a call from the seller yet. I would never purchase anything from this platform and will suggest others the same.

Order no-1475824, They gave me another product that was cheaper. If for some reason I don't take the product after checking it in front of the delivery man, They don't change it later.

ফালতু সার্ভিস। প্রডাক্ট অর্ডার দিলে অর্ডার রিসিভ করে কিন্তু পরে ফোন দিয়ে বলে প্রডাক্ট নাই। এখানে কেউ অর্ডার করে সময় নস্ট করবেন না।

Made an order on the 7th november, they called and made me pay an advance of Tk.1000 on the 7th, 14th november and i didn’t receive the product, for delivery inside Dhaka, i called their customer service 4 times and got no clarification from them, they all said they will find out details on why there is a delay and inform me, nobody called me back. On the 14th evening i called and cancelled the order and they said it is cancelled, no notification, i called on the 15th and they said its Friday so they cant give any information. Called on the 16th and they said they will let me know , and then the product came, 9 days after order placed. I refused to take the product and as i had advised on the 14th that the order is cancelled due to their delay in delivery. Horrible customer service, horrible company, do not buy from them!

I ordered a geyser (Order #1432849) because the website claimed it would be delivered within 48 hours. Of course, I opted for cash on delivery—figured it’d be safer. But, surprise, when I called to ask about the "FREE INSTALLATION" they promised, they flat-out said they wouldn’t be doing it. So now I’m stuck with this geyser, no installation, and apparently, the "promises" on their website mean nothing.

বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমার এক্সপেরিয়েন্স, সার্ভিসে কারো ফোকাস নেই। পকেটে টাকা ঢুকলেই ইঁদুরের মত গর্তে ঢুকে পড়ে।
কিছুদিন আগে আমি Othoba.com -এ একটা বেড আর ম্যাট্রেস অর্ডার দেই। ম্যাট্রেস আসার পর খেয়াল করলাম ভুল সাইজ দিয়ে ফেলেছি। আমি বাসায় না থাকায় কেয়ারটেকার রিসিভ করে।
ব্যাস, এইবার আর এক্সচেন্জ করবেনা। রিটার্নতো প্রশ্নেই আসেনা।
কাস্টমার কেয়ারে একটা পিচ্চি মেয়ে বসে আছে যে জানেও না কথা কিভাবে বলতে হয়।
ওদের থেকে আমি ও আমার ওয়াইফ সম্ভবত ১ লাখ টাকা+ এর শপিং করে ফেলেছি সো ফার। তাও এমন বিহ্যাভিওর Disappointing!
ফেসবুকে নক দিলে, টক্সিক গার্লফ্রেন্ড এর মত একটা মেসেজ এর রিপ্লে দিয়ে গায়েব। পরেদিন এসে আবার আরেকটার রিপ্লাই দেয়।
এদের থেকে কোন কিছু কেনার আগে ১০ বার ভাববেন।

They are not professional. It has 95% possibility of not receiving the product. I ordered a product 8 days ago and they took advance cash and 8 days later, they told me that the product was not in stock. How funny? They didn't even check the stock before asking for a cash advance; after this sh*it experience, they knew the refund process would take 7 days to complete. They have no value for a customer.
