Most of the time they provide the wrong color and the most disappointing thing is they don't even response in the complaint mail. We need to complain them through phone call and most of the time they remain unreachable.

I ordered this item as a special gift for my child’s important occasion. The order was confirmed over the phone, and I completed the full payment immediately.
On the expected delivery date, I received an email saying the order was canceled with no explanation. When I called customer service, they claimed the item was “out of stock” (something that was never mentioned in the cancellation email).
Here’s the worst part: the product is STILL shown as “in stock” and available for purchase on their website even now.
To test what was going on, I called again pretending to be a new customer and asked if the same item was truly available and could be delivered. The agent confidently said, “Yes, it’s in stock, you can order it right now.” When I revealed that I was the same customer whose order had just been canceled for the exact same reason, there was a long silence. A few minutes later, the agent came back and suddenly said, “Sorry sir, actually it’s not available.”
This proves there is zero coordination between their inventory system, website, and customer support team. They are happy to take your money and confirm orders for items they don’t actually have, then cancel at the last moment without any proper communication.
The customer service is dishonest, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. Because of this terrible experience, my child did not receive their gift on time for a very special day. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company until they fix their inventory management and train their staff to tell the truth.
Very disappointed and will never order from here again.

They don't provide return for faulty product. I complain for legal action against them.

আগস্টের ৩০ তারিখ অর্ডার করি ৪ টা প্রোডাক্ট (অর্ডার নাম্বার ১৭৯৮৫৪৬)। তো তারা প্রোডাক্ট গুলো পাঠাইছে Steadfast কুরিয়ার এ। ২ সেপ্টেম্বর প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করি,টেপ জড়ায়ে এমন ভাবে প্যাকিং করছে বোঝার উপায় নাই ভিতরে কি আছে কয়টা আছে। সে সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যান রে জিগাইলাম কেমনে বুঝব প্রোডাক্ট সব ঠিকঠাক আছে কি না। তার সরল উত্তর: আমি কি জানি? সন্ধ্যায় আনবক্সিং করে দেখি ২ টা ঠিকঠাক আছে, ১ টা পাঠাইছে ১০০ বছরের পুরান ইউজ করা মাল(১.৫ পাউন্ড বল পিন হ্যামার), আরেকটা পাঠাইছে ভিন্ন মডেল এর (নোস প্লায়ার্স ৮ ইঞ্চি) যার দাম ও কোয়ালিটি দুইই নিম্নমানের।এরপর তাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার এ যোগাযোগ করি, সমস্যার কোথা বললাম, মহিলা ঘ্যান ঘ্যান করে একই কথা শুনাইলো কেনো আপনি রিসিভ করার সময় চেক করে নেন নাই; (তার কথা অনুযায়ী একজন কাস্টমার কে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সময় ছুরি কাচি সঙ্গে নিয়া যেতে হবে রাস্তার মাঝে দাঁড়িয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে আনবক্সিং করতে)। যাইহোক, পরে সেই মহিলা কয় তাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এ অনবক্সিং ভিডিও সেন্ড করতে, করলাম। সময় নিয়ে তার চেক করে পরে জানাবে বলছে।

যদি মুখস্থ কিছু বুলি আওড়ানো ছাড়া কিছুই আপনারা করতে না পারেন, যদি প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভের সময় চেক করার ব্যবস্থাই না রাখেন, তবে আপনাদের রিটার্ন রিফান্ড পলিসি অযৌক্তিক, ক্রেতা কে ঠকানোই আপনাদের মূল উদ্দেশ্য।

আপডেট: যাইহোক অবশেষে তারা প্রোডাক্ট চেঞ্জ করে দিছে। ক্রেতাদের প্রতি অনুরোধ থাকবে, প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় সাথে একটা কাটার (আনবক্সিং এর জন্য) এবং ফোন রাখবেন(ভিডিও করার জন্য)।

I had a frustrating experience with Othoba.com. I placed an order and waited patiently for 10 days, but the product never arrived. Instead of giving clear updates, they just kept asking for “some more time” every time I contacted them.

There was no proper tracking, no explanation for the delay, and absolutely no sense of urgency. It felt like they weren’t even sure what was happening with my order.

Are they the next evaly?
Customer care is just for show and just down bad.

I have bought a rock and ride cycle for my kid. After delivery man left , we found out that the break is not working. I messaged them even leads than 24 hours. After asking lots of questions they told me they can’t help as delivery man left.
Never buy a product from them as they won’t help after you buy them. Instead if I would have bought from the shop they would provide servicing.

I have purchased caino sofa set from othoba.com website. At the time of confirmation the executive from call centre didn't inform me that they didn't provide product fitting service or mentioned in order window. After received the product when I call them they informed that I need to set up the product myself.

Worst e-commerce ever..

Worst experience. They delivered a broken product, and even after returning it, they had no idea about the condition of the returned item. Their support team is by far the worst I've dealt with.

This is a scam website. I have placed an order for more than two weeks and no sign of sending the parcel. I tried to call them they simply apologize tell will check the issue. Initially they told me I will receive it in a few days as I live in dhaka. Now I have a feeling that I am not going to receive it at all.

Gave me broken product. It was smashed from multiple sides and one side was dislocated. Clearly they packed an already broken product with bubble wrap. After receiving the product, I opened and saw it and tried to contact them, they then told me and warned me to check before receiving LOL. It was nowhere mentioned to check the product in front of delivery man. I buy from a lot of e-commerce, no asks that. If you are asking to check in front of the delivery man at this age, you are doing something fishy.

Very slow in delivering products.
They claim 1–7 days delivery, but it actually takes 10–15 days. Horrible experience.

Very careful about their Return/Refund policy. Fishy.

I had a very bad experience with Othoba.com. They delivered a damaged mobile phone that was supposed to be a featured device. The phone was not only defective but also poorly packaged. I contacted their customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when purchasing electronics. I expected better quality control and after-sales support. I will not be recommending Othoba.com to others based on this experience.
