SCAM! Do not use. I am currently struggling to get my money back and send items back. This is an illegal practice, they do not send items as described on the website and will make it exceptionally difficult to get your money back. DO NOT USE.

Yeah same as everyone else. Scam products. Got a shirt with the tags cut out so don’t know the size but couldn’t get my arms in it!!

Terrible company. Instagram should not allow them on their site to advertise. I ordered a leather jacket. It arrived but it is obviously not leather. Scammers.

DO NOT USE! Scam products which are terrible quality. When you complain they say that you’re responsible for return shipping so it’s so expensive it’s not worth it.

Do not purchase anything from this company or Milan Republic, Monaco Republic, or similar. They are all part of the same scam. The products they ship are not only overpriced for the quality, but the sizes are all over the place. They do not process any return and will not reimburse your money, even when they have incorrect sizing information on their website. Customer service is terrible, the response time is incredible long (a week) and they always send you boilerplate emails trying to dodge their responsibility. Avoid at any cost and help the community by denouncing them to your credit card company or the authorities as fraud.

total scam. ordered shoes and 2 shirts 2 months ago and still waiting. The company says they can't refund and my order will arrive soon.

They sent the wrong size shoes but are not responding to my email to their 'support...' address, which is the only way that I can find, So it seems the poor reviews are justified and it really is a buyer beware operation with no real support service.

Scam, just like the others described. Exactly the same scenario. I'm not even sure it's a real person replying from their "customer service".
Spotted the ad on Instagram, they delivered some random items not what I ordered then I'm fighting for my refund. They keep offering some refunds, but trust me even a 60% refund means heavily overpriced items (if you are lucky enough to receive what you ordered).

This is a clear scam schemme. They sent me incredible low quality clothes, I don't think it costs them more than few cents. As soon as I wanted to return the goods, they said that the shipping fees should be paid by me as per their return policy, and they mentioned that this will be expensive and offered a discount of 30% without refund. Then I complained again and they offered a refund of 60% mentionning again that the shipping fees to return the clothes would be very expensive otherwise. I'm still fighting for them to pay me back 100% which is what I want. They clearly don't want the clothes to be shipped back to them because they know it's the lowest quality you can get, it has no value. They don't sell clothes, they sistematically just make money between the purchase price and the refund discount, so the difference is their profit. It's a SCAM and I don't understand how Instagram allows for this shop to be annnounced in their platform.

They operate under different names to maximize the scam reach (Oslo Republic, Milan Republic, Monaco Republic).

It took an unreasonably long time to receive my order, and the tracking system was nearly impossible to use. When the items finally arrived, they were the wrong size. The company refused to provide a prepaid return label and would not cover any return shipping costs, even though the mistake was theirs.

Their solution? A partial refund—initially just 10%, which only increased to 30% after multiple complaints and long delays between email responses.

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

Dropshippers. Saw ads on instagram, a few shirts I liked, ordered, and took three weeks before they shipped plus another week to arrive. Then they say they can’t deliver because the local carrier can’t get into my apartment building!

The phone number in the emails for the carrier is disconnected. I’m afraid to return, pay a fortune out of pocket for return shipping they won’t cover, then they’ll claim they never got it as an excuse to not refund me.

This has made me cautious of ALL Instagram ads.

I ordered a size L in 2x shirts. They sent XL in both and refused a refund.

Avoid avoid. These guys are beyond ridiculous and devastatingly untrustworthy. You might be lucky and get an order but if you do it'll be wrong and substandard and wrong size.
Spent over €100 and asked to return and refund. They refund 15% and said hold onto them and then refused to respond. My items are useless. Under investigation with Revolut but their claim process is flawed too which isn't helpful either.

I recently purchased three pairs of pants from Oslo Republic, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The products I received were cheaply made, poorly constructed, the colors didn’t match the photos, and the sizing was way off, all three pairs were smaller than labeled.

When I reached out to customer service for a return, I was told it would be “too difficult” for me to ship them back and was offered a measly 15% refund, while being told to just keep the pants. That’s not a return policy, that’s a hustle.

This brand is not what it claims to be. If you’re expecting quality, accurate sizing, or any kind of customer care, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Linen pants turned up totally different to what was advertised I request to send them back they offered 15% for me to keep them i look into the return cost which was going to cost even more so requested a 20% return on my purchase. have been chasing for weeks and total radio silence rip of business!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a linen polo from this company. It took almost 2 months for the product to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was the wrong size, it was not even the same shirt I ordered, and it was a different color than what was shown on the website. Additionally on the website it claims the shirt is linen, definitely not linen. Emails received from them during the ordering process came from both OsloRepublic and MilanRepublic so I would be very wary of both websites. I have reached out three times to customer service to try and initiate a return and I’ve yet to hear back from them. They are a total scam and I would highly recommend not doing business with them! I just went and dig through their website and it literally says this under their terms:

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The absolute worst. They are just stealing from people.
