I have tried three times to make
Contact to find out where my first order is and added all the necessary po numbers and dates and no one has contacted me and the email to their support address always comes back “ did not go through “ terrible service!!!!

Scammers, all what they have is available on Shein and cheaper.

Low quality packaging all crumpled when I recieved the dress even worse than sites such as temu not to mention the almost 2 month wait .Terrible fabric that is not worth the money I paid. SCAM SITE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

This is a review of of "Monaco Republic" not Club Monaco as it's referenced above. The entire site is a scam. They take your money, the items never arrive, and customer service emails are undeliverable and bounce back. I contacted Facebook where I saw the ad to buy and reported a scam and I'm reporting the site to my bank as a fraud to try to get my money back. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM MONACO REPUBLIC. IT'S A FAKE SITE AND FAKE SCAM!!

3 months and many emails to the customer service email and I’ve received nothing. No
Item and no replies. Thieves don’t go near

Ordered a suede jacket, it took a claim via paypal to get my money back. Monaco have a long reputation for taking a customers money and never delivering a garment. Yet that advertise on FB and continue to rip customers off. Avoid them at all costs. Disgraceful.

Ordered a jacket online, guaranteed I got scammed out of 60 Euro. No confirmation email, emailed several times asking where is my order is,never a reply. Not even a phone number, This company doesn't even exist, Never Ever buy of this 'company'

Please be aware that this is a scam website. Items are not provided nor refunded when requested, do not release funds. Please also note that the scam company also trades under other names via Facebook but with an identical website format and products

No replies to communications or requests to cancel orders due to delays and on receipt of items extremely poor quality. Never again!

I ordered it. It was too tight around the knees. The inner leg area was pulled in. It looked horrible when I tried it on. I can't review it on their website. I wish I could help others by saying don't order if there's no return. Club monaca doesn't let you review on their website. That's how their quality is bad.

The clothes were sent EVENTUALLY all screwed up in a small package and the clothes are absolutely crap so I will be sending them back ASAP. Please do not order from this place they do not answer any messages sent and I don't know how I will send the stuff back ( if any one knows please let me know) but I will just find an address and if I don't get my money back let my bank deal with claiming my 69 pounds

Nice clothes but very limited sizes left as apparently they are going out of business....

Terrible website showing pages of sold out items and the size filter is basically useless
