Well made and warm jacket
The cycling jacket came on time and was well made. I only wish it had side pockets. Three pockets on the back would have been nice too. It only had a single left-side zippered phone pocket on the chest and a single pocket on the back.

Brilliant fit!
I have had issues for decades with bicycle kits. Sizing is incredibly varied, so the fit is a gamble. EVERYTHING, without exception, fit perfectly! The arms in the jersey fit my long ape arm, & the pants are nice & long with the waist fully adjustable. I will definitely be returning to order more bike kits.

company have since replied, suggesting item has been stolen from doorstep, cctv shows it was never delivered , they suggested i pay $20 postage for them to send me a new pair of shirts! i have paid the insurance for worry free delivery !!
worry free delivery is a con, they say i have to claim within 7 days of delivery , as i never had it delivered or was informed it was delivered how can i know this

I purchased two shirts and 1 pair of…
I purchased two shirts and 1 pair of socks.
The craftsmanship of the long sleave gravel jersey was sub par. The back pocket has a misplaced stich where it caught the pocket incorrectly on the corner.
The top of the shirt doesn't lay correctly around the neck, making the shirt uneven looking. Trying to make it look better and snaping the top button, shows how the top part is uneven, as it creates a bulge of fabric between the top two buttons. Finally the collar tips have, been cut slightly different one of them has a sharper point.
The socks and the short sleeve shirt I received our just fine.
I do like the patterns of the items I received.

Not worth the money
Bought the long sleeve jersey and it was a really bad quality piece of clothing. IT only had the one zippered pocket instead of the two/three pocket as other jerseys and I'll put that on me but the overall quality and fit was really bad. Baggy as all get out. The best I can use this for is a cover over other clothing on cold days. I wouldn't be seen wearing this jersey.

Any Humans at Orionride?
Ordered 3 shirts on 12/1/25.
As of 12/27/25, I haven’t received them.
On 12/12/25, I get an email saying there was a “high demand “ and that my order was delayed.
The tracking information and delivery is just as bad. On 12/21/25, they said that they attempted delivery and couldn’t access my home. I have a security gate with clear instructions for delivery personnel so packages can be easily delivered.
Everything could be resolved clearly and quickly if they was a human being that one could talk to by phone. Thought I would give these automated systems a chance, but as usual, they fall grossly short.
To Orionride: Please don’t waste your time or my time with the stupid platitudes “we’re sorry for your inconvenience….,.please contact support@…” I’m done with interacting with your computers. Hire humans to support customers and solve problems and I’d be happy to work with them.

Orionride Cycling Jacket.
I ordered an Orionride Cycling Jacket having seen it advertised on Facebook.
I had been looking for a winter jacket and this appeared to tick the boxes.
It arrived a week sooner than expected- a good start; first impressions were favourable, quality of material was good and the fit is excellent having a generous length back. (I'm 5' 7" lean build, size small chosen)
I've worn it on a few rides where temperatures have been between 0 - 5°C abd remained comfortable without lots of layers underneath. It's been used in light rain only but no problens found. The yellow colour is bright, ideal for dark rides. It is a thoughtfully styled, practical jacket with a realistic price tag for the average person.
