Customer Service Team for repairs are extremely helpful and will listen to all worries that you have about your home and do their upmost to get them sorted!

Hollies was fab dealing with my ongoing window and bath repair saga.

Hollies took it on personally to get things sorted asking her managers manager to authorisethe work.

Very polite, helpful and friendly.

Honestly the worst LANDLORD u can have. Been with them for 7 years and have had a severe boiler problem for 6 years and yet still to be fixed. Coming winter and no heating etc. Called them several times and no proper response. No one has come and fixed this etc. They have ended the call on me numerous times and customer service is the worst. PLEASE IF UR THINKING OF MOVING TO OPTIVO PLEASE DONT.

optivo is good a bit slow at times but will get the job done in the end

I spoke to a lovely lady called Claire A to explain that I had no electricity and she explained everything to me and arranged an urgent call out.
She was very efficient and and a credit to Optivo

What an incredible community the heart of sidley have helped bring back together! Through financially supporting community, running holiday clubs and putting on community events like the Christmas light switch on! I am so proud to live where I live :)

Bob was absolutely fantastic so helpful and sorted everything I needed. Perfect gentleman. A credit to optivo.

I found Tom very easy to talk to and very professional he was polite and listened to what I had to say.

Had to call Optivo as I received a letter addressed to me in error,and needed to correct the information and ensure my name is not connected to the problem.
I spoke to a very kind friendly person,who assured me that this would be corrected ASAP

If I could I would give Optivo - 0 starts. I have been a tenant with Optivo for over two years. From the time I moved into my flat, Carbon Monoxide has been leaking from the boiler into my living room. I have been ill and lost my job because of this. Yet Optivo said they are not liable for the the boiler issue. They simply do not care.

On this reply from Adam they are pretending they care, but just like my Google review they have told me behind closed doors that there is nothing they are going to do. DON'T LET ADAMS REPLY TRICK YOU. Optivo have told me they are not liable for anything.

I was having an incredibly stressful day when I called Optivo, having had a rough night at dialysis and trying to move with a broken leg and unable to drive. Anita was very helpful, and did her utmost to try to make things as easy as possible to deal with. Very kind and professional.

I been with optivo since 24th of January last year, I haven't really had any major issues with them and repairs are sorted to a reasonable time. I see it like this, if you are nice to them then they are more inclined to help you but if you are let's say not friendly and reasonable then they won't be and it's like that everywhere. Show respect and you get respect back. Like I said they have been decent to me and my family so I have no issues. The guy I spoke to yesterday 21/09/21 decent bloke Bob Edwards friendly, polite, and helped me with what I wanted to do and that's move to another property. He was straight to the point and gave good advise. Once again thanks for the help yesterday Bob mate top bloke.

I attended the Business Start-up course coached by Jude and Jasmin. They were both incredible in their explanations - no corporate jargon that can sometimes swallow you whole!! Super friendly ladies - made me feel so at ease in talking to them and asking questions. I learned a great deal, but most importantly by being on the course and talking to them, it helped me decide on some aspects of my business that I was pretty unsure of before I started the course. Thank you both.

my family were given the vouchers to use in the village! these were such a help to us ,it saved us so much money,and put meals on the table, and we are so grateful for this.....this has been amazing and after moving to sidley 3 years ago i have never heard of such a lovely scheme to support the community,so thankyou heart of sidley x

I spoke to Bob today regarding an issue in my flat. He was friendly and gave me a solution to possibly sort out the problem. I will try it out and contact Optivo if there are any problems in the communal area.

Ordered and paid for a new fob as I had no spare. Absolutely no problem doing this, in fact they was exceptionally quick in their responses when it came to taking my money. Eventually received spare fob to find they had deactivated my original fob, now I have been told I need to return the one they deactivated ‘signed for delivery’ at my own expense (AGAIN) in order to get another. Actually laughable, I also have yet to receive any kind of apology or acknowledgment of their error.

Do not buy or rent a property managed by this company. Tiles came of the roof during strong winds leaving a hole in the roof to my top floor property. Reported this to them and we are now 62 days with constant emails telling me things that will happen but nothing has been done.

For what is considered a critical issue Optivo have obviously had no urgency or care to fix this.

They are more then happy to chase and send emails around service charges but won't lift a finger for an urgent repair.

Don't even bother replying with the standard, were sorry please email this address, as that is exactly what I've been doing for the last two months every few days to be fed rubbish

Bob was totally amazing 😘put my mind at rest ,explained EVERYTHING!!! To me clearly didn’t rush me or tried to end call early optivo are amazing people who I’m glad are my landlords
