I didn't get the operator's name but she was very helpful in all areas of my problem.

The lady I was speaking on the phone with today has helped me a good few times when I've been worried or concerned for things I've been reporting she has shown understanding and kindness even when I've not been the calmest (upset) she has definitely shown me more kindness in these few phone calls then anyone ever has while I've been living in keddendy court when I've reported certain things or had just wanted to ask questions. She has made sure everything that I have reported that is a concern has been done with in 7 working days as others have made me wait weeks and sometimes months ( broken shower in December last year didn't get looked at till the next year even though it was put down as urgent ) she has been amazing and maybe some of the other people on the phones should take a leaf out of her book. Nothing better then someone who shows understanding and kindness when your feeling overwhelmed. Treating you like a human and not just another phone call they want to get over and done with.

Stress levels hit rock bottom.

The agent was very helpful and he set up two calls back next week to solve my issues.

Optivo have been very supportive of Heart of Sidley in the last 8 years and hope they will continue to do so for the foreseeable future after Big Local money has been spent and Heart Of Sidley moves over to another Charity based organisation.

Hazel was very helpful and kind, and a credit to optivo.

Humble gratitude to Blair for answering any queries I may have as my very limited speech after a brain bleed & tumour left very little.

In response to your response. I did not receive the email via trustpilot but to be honest I would not have replied. Your head office knows of the issues I raised and just do not care. At a time I am chasing new windows that are well overdue in our flats (which are in the budget for this year and I have it in writing they will be done by end of 2020 because I didn't trust their word) and they are now using excuses to put them back again until 2023/24) they are having four tower blocks jet washed to improve their look. This is all over the local press, abseiling team took four weeks to wash the blocks and how wonderful they look. The fact one of your offices is located in one of the blocks means your staff have a nicer place to work but does this make the flats more energy efficient, I doubt it whereas our windows would have made our flats more energy efficient. I am awaiting response from government and parliamentary offices I have written to and will not let Optivo get away with their lies and continually letting us down. That is my final word on this site regarding Optivo so do not respond, I will not be reading any further response.

Holly at customer services is amazing, Optivo not so much, please stop spending money putting a perfume on poop, it would be much more cost effective to fix properly/replace then just keep doing bodge jobs and patch ups

Really helpful and friendly staff, always manage to help and qre very understanding with any problems you may have. They offer more help than I realised.

I'm sorry but i would not even give Optivo one star if that was a choice, my house flooded which has been proven time and time again it is down to them and them alone but they people have no interest what's so ever about the way they treat people, I could write whole list here of things, but it will make no difference. If you have another option i would take it because Optivo do not care. btw house still damp as they did not do the work needed.

I had the pleasure of having Shauntel answer my call and my query. Shauntel tried her best to get me an appointment to fix my toilet flush asap. She was polite and very courteous. She managed to get me an appointment for the same day! Unfortunately, I couldn’t take the appointment as I had to go to work. She continued to try and get an appointment to suit me and she succeeded! Shauntel, you are an asset to Optivo!! Your efficiency, pleasant nature and helpfulness was second to none!

I just moved into one of their flats and I could not be more thrilled. they are so polite over the phone, very helpful and fast with repairs (there are a few things that need fixing in my flat). I read some bad reviews here but in the last month, they have been nothing but helpful and kind.

Having multiple things that needed to be sorted out, Lorraine (receptionist?) was very patient and polite. She did everything she could and even took on a task she could have easily palmed off to someone else.

Quick and efficient phone call bob was very polite and helpful in regards to the issue I rang about . Great customer service

water Leak since June and it is from the upper floor. We called a repair team and after several attempts of communication i can say that we found complete neglect and lack of responsibility in dealing with the problem, neither in terms of progress nor in terms of communication starting from the building manager customer service all the way to Optivo office Team, and still, we are in October nothing changes
