Useless waste of space company. I've spent the last 2 weeks going round in circles because they can't correct data that I told them was wrong... In the mean time you get patronising messages from them. I not even sure theres a human being giving the answers or if it's AI

Spoke to John who I assume was I Head Office in Dumbarton. This debt was resolved very quickly and he kindly set up an affordable repayment plan. He understood my difficult situation and was very helpful. Plan in place. Affordable and thank you John for your understanding and helpful manner.

What a dreadful company
What a dreadful company. Harassing my aged Farther for money he doesn't owe, in somebody else's name, who has never lived at his property.
The lady was rude, spoke over me and wouldn't listen. This is the second time this has happened with this company. The first time they said they removed my Father's address and here we are again.
They are a rogue company chasing people for old statute barred debts and debts that have nothing to do with the people conracted!

As I said "A fishing expedition " You emailed me, not the other way around. I obviously Googled Opos to find out who you are. That why I know I am correct. I have not had any loans for more than ten years and my cards are well up to date and paid off way before I need to. Any more fishing emails to my personal email address from yourselves and I will take action for harassment.
