My experience has been extremely disappointing.
I received numerous reminder emails, payment requests and settlement offers regarding an alleged debt, many of which felt excessive in both frequency and tone.
After raising questions and submitting a complaint, I was advised that a substantive response could take up to 10 working days, with the formal complaints process potentially taking up to 8 weeks to conclude. In the meantime, automated collection emails continued.
Regardless of the circumstances of the account, customers raising genuine queries or disputes should receive timely responses and should not feel overwhelmed by repeated payment communications while awaiting clarification.
Based on my experience, the volume and nature of the emails, combined with the lengthy complaint response times, fell well below the level of customer service I would expect.

Bunch of plebs, Complete chancers that buy old debts that are not legally enforceable.
Companies like this buy debt portfolios that are packed with statute barred debts for pennies on the pound
For example I checked a Debt Portfolio site where they sell bundled debts to parasites like this, one of the files they were selling for £5000 had a debt value of £30,000,000. Meaning there were thousands upon thousands of old debts totalling £30 million that companies like this buy for £5000
Now you understand why they are so relentless and nasty ! Why they break the law and breach numerous guidelines set for the financial industry. Imagine if you can scare people into paying just 10% of all those debts that’s £3,000,000 made from £5000 just 5% bags them £1.500.000
If a debt is statute barred it is no longer legally enforceable, they cannot do a thing to get it, the only thing they can do is constantly chase you and hope they panic you into paying them
Laugh at them !
They have no power !
Like the title suggests a bunch of plebs
If you see a CCJ appear against your name simply contact the issuing court and tell them that the debt is not yours, you requested the company prove it was yours with A true signed original copy of the agreement showing a clear wet signature, The deeds of assignment showing all signatories NOT a notice of assignment and an up to date statement showing all payments made to the account within the last 6 years
The CCJ will be set aside and removed
Then make a formal complaint to the FCA / FSA / Financial Ombudsman about their conduct
Do not let these muppets worry you or cause you anxiety ! They have zero power ! They cannot do anything !
Never give them any personal data ! Never comply ! Block their phone numbers. Only communicate via email,
If they arrive at your property without a Court writ signed by a judge that day known as a WET SIGNATURE call the police and tell them you are being harassed
If they arrive with photocopied paperwork without a WET SIGNATURE call the police as they are committing fraud !
They cannot gain entry to your house, they cannot take any of your property without a court decision ! The court will contact you if this happens and you will get time to respond
Simply say what I have said above
Do not admit liability for any debt ever ! As far as your concerned it’s not yours and never was

I received a letter very late due to the postal service being less than desirable, when I rang to discuss my balance an amazing lady called Chelsea talked me through everything, she was so attentive and supportive, I’m pretty rubbish at phone calls and she put me at ease by finding common ground with me to take my mind off the pressure I’d put myself under by making the phone calls ( we spoke about our pets)
I honestly could not fault this amazing human, Chelsea also gave me some support numbers for my mental health, she went above and beyond.
If this amazing human is how this company trains their staff then I’d try find a way to recommend them!
Debt companies can be daunting to many ( including me) but I’m so glad I got to go through these guys.
Thanks again Chelsea, tell your pets I say meow meow, woof woof

No information about where the "debt" originated or any information on how much it is for. This is a pure phishing expedition and I will be reporting them to the FCA.

Acting on the advice of a solicitor!
We’ve proved many many times with Property Deeds and Court letters. Etc etc.
Fraudulent Administration papers. To other Utility Companies.
Oops replied to my zero asking me to call them!
I spent an hour or so where Opps wanted my details…d O.B. ADDRESS, etc etc as they do not have them as I no longer live at. Location they can find, and they have tried.
As the debt that’s accumulated baffles me! They are seeking £400 for a PRE PAID meter!
Scottish Power have some how? Allowed the meter to run up this bill!
We grew up on Pre Paid meters and once the EMERGENCY CREDIT WAS GONE, no gas or Electric could be!
As for your security trap is almost as bad as your Alice Walker junk email and credit searches for my address…READ THE EVIDENCE.
I will now block and report you!
