Yvonne was honestly a blessing to talk to. When I explained my situation she fully understood and her empathy was second to none. It made such a difference to just speak to someone that just got it. I can’t say thank you enough to her.

Dealt with Danny who in contrast to Sam / Samantha was like night and day. Danny extremely helpful and LISTENED to the situation whereas Sammy was completely and utterly rude. I would recommend this business, they're doing their best with limited (and incorrect) information in my case and I appreciate their efforts, particularly Danny who has done a significantly better job than his colleague

Usually dread these calls but Gillian who took the call was lovely and very helpful. Been doing a lot of this recently and some people can be really difficult but Gillian was really helpful and put my partner at ease who usually gets really anxious with this stuff.

I recieved a message asking me to call. When I got through it was Yvonne that took my call. She was very professional and polite and dealt with my issue that it wasn't my debt. I finished the call feeling very satisfied that I was listened to and my issue resolved.

The portal did not work however the agent was extremely helpful. Her name was Chelsea and she’s one of the good ones. The matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.

they are the biggest Harassment company they refuse to give all the data they have on a person so looks like a claim got to go in for this i have advised my client to now refuse to talk or make any contact with these scum

What a bunch of contradictory crooks tell you 1 thing then do another, cant talk about more than 1 item without you ringing back after each 1 , customer service is ice cold if i could rate no stars i absolutely would, dont give these any money or time
