Excellent service
Excellent service. The boots were a size small but that is what I ordered. When a return and reissue was requested this was done without hesitation and great service. Would recommend this company.

10 working days after order was placed (17 days with weekends and BH's) and my order still hasn't left the "external warehouse", order daid 3-4 days to dispatch. Money was taken from my account at time of order without them even having the item available to dispatch. Email correspondance was extremely poor so phoned them. Were "investigating" where item was and could not confirm a dispatch time so refund requested. To their credit my order was refunded immediately but this does not make up for the misleading dispatch times and poor customer service.

We are incredibly sorry for your experience; the external warehouse Le Mieux have undertook a stock take and launched a new system which has caused huge delays and issues with them releasing orders. We are sadly being told incorrect information by this warehouse which is causing the issue but we are raising this with management as we agree that the service received on this occassion is completely unacceptable and is not our normal high level of service. Please accept our most sincere apologies.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Good choice of riding hats. Ordered one day, informed the next day that they were on their way. Kept in touch by delivery people and came the following day. Excellent packing, no damage and what is more important….. no hassle for me! Thank you Online for Equine, I will be using you again!! 🌟 🌟🌟

Poor
Poor. Ordered on Tuesday, it's Saturday and haven't even had a dispatch email. Paid £6 for next day delivery. It's now bank holiday and phone lines are closed until Tuesday

Poor service, long delays
Having bought I waited for over a week plus for delivery!! Then returned the goods and refund was by E cheque which is taking weeks to be processed!! Clearly just a platform for other retailers sell their goods and despite a good concept it's a very very poor execution. Certainly will not bother again!!

We offer a wide range of products, each showing how long we expect it will take us to despatch your order, I can see your items were showing an expected despatch of 3-4 working days and I can see your order did leave a day late for which we apologise.
Sadly, e-cheques are issued by Paypal and the time of processing is in their control I am afraid but we do state this in our terms and conditions.
Once more, apologies for the poor experience.

After purchasing a pair of Wellington boots, which after a period of time became faulty, the after sales experience cannot be faulted, we had a very prompt reply on our query which was resolved to our satisfaction.

Really quick and helpful customer service! I had a problem with an item in my order and it was resolved within 24 hours of me emailing for help. Emily was very quick to reply and sorted out my issue quickly and effectively. Will definitely be using this company again!

Shires Moretta Gianna Children's Riding Boots
Excellent experience when I bought a pair of Shires Moretta Gianna Children's Riding Boots. They were available for collection almost immediately and Lesley was really helpful when I got lost on the way!
Boots are excellent, really good quality and fit for my short legs. They look really smart. Price was great.
