The offices at Birchin Court are brilliant. Really good location, really good standard with a unique/boutique feel. The team at Birchin are outstanding. Personable, professional - our clients regularly comment on how great the service is!

Has to be said, they have handled the Covid situation really well. Organised, safe, communicating clearly - made it easy to keep our business running (even opening our post and sending it to various homes when we couldn't come in!!!)

The team at Finsbury House have been nothing but accomodating since we moved in. They are always happy and willing to assist our company, what ever our needs may be and will bend over backwards to ensure they go above and beyond for their clients. Excellent service always!!

We have had an office with the One Avenue Group for almost a month now and they have been amazing. They are always there to help, the areas are always kept clean and when they come round at the end of the day with a beer or whisky then you definitely can't complain. We hope that we will be able to stay here for as long as possible.

The management at the 1 Avenue is second to none. There is no problem big or small that is not smoothly and professionally managed.

I have been based at 20 Birchin court with One Avenue group for over 4 years. The reason for this is the excellent, professional and friendly service you receive from One Avenue. The Exceptional high standards of service have been maintained even through the difficult times of Covid. The staff are amazing, they are always professional, hardworking and friendly. The ambience that is created is perfect for when my guests arrive. Great team, great service.

Kiri and her team at 57 have been superb. They are very friendly, helpful and have a "can do" attitude. The facilities are first class and the team provide additional incentives such as a weekly bonus draw and wellbeing drinks and snacks which is great for office morale. It's refreshing to see when people go the extra mile for their clients.

Sensational service from the Finsbury staff – we’re proud to work in such a well-maintained and sophisticated space. Our clients are always commenting on how the lounge looks like a hotel reception rather than an office. The location close to Liverpool Street station also works well for my team – honestly haven’t been able to fault them yet!

Once I forgot an anniversary so Kirsty ran out to buy flowers and a card!
Can't fault the team, they are there and ready to help with all sorts any time of any day.
