Madan was very helpful today and resolved my issues very quickly

We have recently migrated from a Gen5 server to the new Microsoft Azure platform. The process was managed efficiently from start to finish under the stewardship of Gharjyot Singh and his team. All issues and queries were resolved promptly with minimal disruption to our day to day processes.

Banu was very helpful and resolved my issues quickly.

Amarhi Bailey was incredibly helpful from start to finish, attention to detail and his understanding and knowledge is outstanding. Without Amarhi, i wouldn't have been able to finish my payroll which would have had serious implications to our employees. Thank you Amarhi.

Great customer service from Roopa in solving our problem

Before OneAdvanced took over the company, they used to be the gold standard in customer support with issues solved quickly and efficiently over remote connections with a quick and efficient phone call to someone who knew what they were doing.
Now software quality has hit rock bottom, updates continually introduce more bugs and the support service is almost non-existent and you can no longer get through on the phone. Issues remain unresolved for months and months and require you to keep chasing them. If you don't issues timeout and are automatically closed and marked as resolved when they are not. At the same time the cost of the products has tripled.

Kilima Lobe and Eve Stanners are always quick to respond and very supportive with any questions. I find the team engaged and easy to work with.

I had an issue with an Admin tool.
Hiranmay from Advanced invited me to a meeting to witness the issue. He got us working very quickly which is very much appreciated by us.

Raised TMS and HR systems issues with one advanced, they were not time critical but we still received a response in good time. After 2 teams calls these were resolved even involving raising a new ticket so that was a pretty good response rate. Mani Kuppa explained what was the issue and showed us how to fix it for the future

I've contacted them through the user portal on numerous occasions when I've had queries regarding the account software and always get a quick response. The staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the system and resolve matters quickly.

Muhammed Saad was exceptionally professional and courteous. He clearly explained the cause of the issue we encountered and patiently walked me through an effective workaround that will save considerable time moving forward
