"Our delivery times are 8-11 days." However after we left the delivery address the item came in about three weeks so don't depend on their delivery statements. The purse which we finally received about 6 weeks later when we returned is very nice and as described.

Questionable Construction
The purse was not constructed very well. I sent a picture of it to customer service. They agreed and said they’d ship another to me. It hasn’t shown up yet so I’m not holding my breath. We’ll see…

I found the product substandard
I found the product substandard. I would never carry this bag. Looks good in the photos but not in person. I have written 3 emails to this company asking how to return the bag and they refuse to answer. Save your money! Don't buy from this company. .I'm sure nobody in the public arena will see this review.

Not a good experience
The purse is much smaller than pictured and the quality is poor. I tried to return it for the 90 day full refund they advertise, but that did not work out due to “customer pays for return shipping.” So, they offered me a 40% refund and I get to keep the bag I will never use. It’s made in China; the company is in England. I learned a good lesson! Never buy off Instagram or Facebook!

Don't buy this ..
Don't buy this ... really poor quality and customer service. The strap hook is broken within two weeks
and tried to contact with them about this defect product couple times but never get the replacement item. Don't wast your money
