I LOVE my purse! Wish you made it in Navy!

Love this purse. Its simply elegant.

I am very happy with my purse. Shipping & delivery were fine. Would order again from Oliver & Annie.

The latch was off center and barely would lock- poor quality materials.

Lovely small summer bag. Perfect size- fits everything you need and nothing more!

Very disappointed with my purchase. The quality is not great and I still have not been able to get the strap to work. I want to return it, but the return address is in England and would cost $28 to return it.

I do appreciate the opportunity for the discount in exchange for a refund.

The material is cheaper looking in person.

Upon receipt of 2 purses I immediately (the same day!) emailed customer service requesting instructions on how to return purses as they were not as expected. I have received no reply and have no way to resolve this issue. I am left to believe that the business is a drop shipping scam as the Oliver and Annis clearly does not honor it’s stated return policy offering no valid way to return it’s products if the customer is not satisfied.

They offered me a 40 percent refund and keep the merchandise or return to UK and pay for shipping not acceptable - I want a full refund and don’t want to pay shipping costs.

Bag is smaller than it appears on the website and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality. Was not offered a full refund even though they state a “satisfaction guarantee”. Pass on this bag and this company.

Cheaply done! Too small for a rectangular wallet. Clasp is difficult to open and close.
Don’t think about returning because it is from overseas and you pay the shipping.
This is a scam in my opinion and regretfully I fell for it!

Purse is very cheaply made and not worth the price that is being charged for it.

Do not buy their products their quality is terrible ! The pictures on their website make their items look so much larger and a much better quality than in person . I bought several of their bags and am so disappointed in the quality and especially how small they are in person . The latches on my bags are very cheap , flimsy , and the straps are all frayed. They were packaged in only a thin paper bag so needless to say , when my bags arrived , they were squished and damaged . Lessons learned , I will never buy anything from them ever again !

It took about 1 month to receive. The quality looks cheap.

I really like the pocketbook that I purchased recently. The color and size are perfect! However, I only wish the closure was a bit easier to do. However, for the price and appearance, I am pleased with this purchase.

My experience with them started out pretty normal. I was seeing their Cleo/Nicole (they changed the name) purse everywhere on Facebook and waited until they were available in various colors. I purchased the purse in black and coffee. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, both purses were black. I immediately contacted them about the error and they told me to donate the extra purse (which I did) and they'd send me the right color. I asked for a tracking number a few days later, they told me they had sent an email to the 'shipping team' and were waiting to hear back. I asked several times for three weeks and they kept telling me the same thing. What's crazy is that they told me the new purse would arrive within that same time period. Finally I sent them a very stern email saying I needed it taken care of within the month or I wanted a refund and if they didn't take care of it, I'd go to my bank and request a chargeback. They told me that it had been taken care of the previous Saturday and was on its way to me. I asked for a tracking number YET AGAIN and was back to square one, 'we sent an email to the shipping to team'. They're definitely scammers. I believe even though they've advertised the purse in various colors, they only ever had the black. During the time they told me they were sending me the purse, the other colors were pulled from the site. They gave me the run around for over a month and I never truly got what I paid for. Something isn't right with this company. I went to their Instagram and commented 'scammer' and a notification popped up that said similar comments had been reported. They're definitely taking advantage of customers purchasing from them in good faith. Such a shame. Shopper beware.

It’s very difficult to return some thing and very expensive! They offer a partial refund in Lou of a return which is only better than nothing. So now I’ve half paid for something that I don’t want but it was cheaper than having to ship it back at my expense. They say you have to ship them back to the UK yet it appears to have been shipped from Illinois. I feel ripped off.
