I receive a wood box from this company every year as a present from a friend. I'm absolutely grateful to our friend for their generosity but I'm deeply sadden by the fact that they are getting so blatantly ripped off. The box is filled with paper to 3/4 of capacity. Box and paper go to the trash. The only content of any value consist of small portions of average quality snacks. Of course my kids enjoy the goodies, and we do love and appreciate our friend's gesture. I just can't stand the nerve of the company to rely on people's generosity to overprice their items knowing the sender probably will never see what they actually paid for, and knowing the sender will receive thanks and positive feedback mainly for their kindness and generosity, but not because of the quality/value of the item. It s wrong for them to try to take credit from their customers receiving positive feedback from their gift recipients. The merit goes to the sender for their efforts, not to the company that is ripping them off in the process.

Would highly recommend Olive and Cocoa. I recently purchased a Christmas goodies crate and as I live in Australia, had to order over the phone. MJ was very helpful and the gift was delivered safely and promptly - the recipients were very happy with the gift. Many thanks, I will definitely be back :)

very disappointed… I received two floral arrangements from this company that were dead on arrival… if you attempt to order from them, you don’t find out until the last step that you will be charged $50 plus for shipping on any floral arrangement… Very deceptive! Buyer beware!

I have 11 seperate written requests to Olive & Cocoa to stop sending me their catalogue over the course of a 2 year period but they refuse to honor my requests and they just keep coming every few months. for a company claiming to be environmentally friendly, they just keep cutting down those trees and creating waste.....hypocrits and lousy customer service.

Predatory shipping rates. Such BS and shipping in a "gift crate" when it is not specifically requested is unnecessary and wasteful. Offer better options if you want customers.

I ordered a special flower arrangement for my mother, paying the required $50+ for expedited delivery. It was supposed to reach her December 21st. Every day it is a different story and a different date of when it will be received -Dec 21, Dec 22, Dec 23. And excuses Including “we ran out of flowers!” I see tracking this morning on December 24 of delivery December 27th. When I call the recorded line says they are off from helping customers today to observe the holidays until the 26th but of course they are open 24/7 on their order taking line. I am so upset, They should not offer flowers and disappoint customers like this and “take off” on the holiday so there is no one to call. Update: the flowers came today Dec 24 and my mother said they were packed well but the arrangement does not look like the catalogue, lots of green spikey things and a few flowers- not at all like the photo.
