Ordered a holster on May 2024. Promised three months. It’s now been 10 months. Even time they promised 2 weeks for delivery and nothing. I’ve been promised a refund three times and no refund delivered. This company promises great products but they aren’t delivering either product or refunds. Jim Wertman

I placed an order (42839) on October 17, 2023. It's now November 2024. I've never received the item. I've called Old Trading Post more than a dozen times asking for a refund. No response. No refund.

I ordered a holster on 5-29-22 and never received it. I have been promised the item or a refund for over 18 months and have received neither. Never buy from this company!

It took a while to get my holster but it was a custom order.
Absolutely beautiful and worth the wait.

Michael stayed in constant contact with me as shipping was significantly delayed due to COVID impacting supply chains. The holster I ordered was a special order and it is magnificent. Great seller and I will return for additional items. Highly recommended!

I ordered single-action holster rig (two holsters and belt) in September 2022 and was told 12-16 weeks for delivery. I'm from Australia and order included nearly $100.00 US for shipping cost. End of December I e-Mailed Mike, received response that there was a small delay, expect in about 6 weeks. Start of March I e-Mailed Mike asking for feedback r money back if there was a problem. No response, no money back. Wish I had been more thorough checking reviews before I ordered. Extremely disappointing experience.

Ordered 3 items over 5 months ago totaling over $400.00. No items and no answer to repeated e-mails. Apparent Scam. Buyer Beware...Not Legit!!!!

It was easy to find the items I was looking for and there was a wide selection in every category I shopped. The one minor quibble I have with the site is the disappearing cart. I had filled up my cart with six items and was going to purchase them. I left for about 20 minutes to fix lunch for my kids. When I returned to my cart it was empty. I had to search for everything all over again. I ended up only buying four items because I found two of the six items I wanted cheaper on ebay. Other than that, the shopping experience was good, although there were a number of photos missing for some of the items that I might've liked to purchase. Shipping seems reasonable.

Pardon me. I wasn't aware of availability and for my mistaken words. Once again I do apologize. If something similar becomes available I would appreciate an offer. Thank you.

First and foremost customer service is outstanding-on a recent order I entered the wrong size, after I placed the order I sent a message on a Sunday evening requesting the change, and Mike responded that night that my order would be corrected - needless to say my order arrived with the correct size(!) second the quality of merchandise, a customer for over 30 years and the quality remains first rate!

Don’t even rate a star. Sorry suckers don’t even have the common courtesy to call u back. 6 months I have been patiently waiting for a gun belt and holster. A guy named Mike calls me the day after o leave my first bad review to tell me he will find out where my product is and then ghosts me. Since I have left several messages with nothing. No customer service what so ever. Worst experience I have ever had. These guys are crooks. Gladly take your money. Just to not even get a simple call. Do t waste your time or money as this is a scam.

I left my number and very promptly they called back .Gentleman that help me was very good made doing business such a pleasure.

The person with whom I spoke to place my order was polite and knowledgeable.

Every product, whether shoes, boots, hats, holsters and gifts like purses and vests - all of which I have purchased over the years, I have been totally satisfied. Today I purchased some a hat and a pair of gloves. Since they make gloves per your hand size, I didn't know how to measure my hand for a pair of gloves. So I called and the owner answered. He explained to me how to measure my size. Where do you get that kind of service? Well, I will tell you all - at Old Trading Post. That's the truth and it's a fact. I enjoyed 15% off for Father's Day also.

I order a gunbelt October 2022, and was told 8 weeks delivery, when no delivery showed up I tried to contact them and after several weeks of trying I received a reply, saying they had stock issues and it would be delayed several more weeks. I waited but still no product or followup information. I again spent several weeks trying to contact them and finally received a response that I would either have my gunblet by May 30, 2023, more than 40 weeks after the order. Well May 30th came and no gunbelt and no refund. Several more email and phone call but they do not answer phone calls and will not respond to emails. If you order form this company be prepared to be scammed. It seems it is just one guy trying to resell products he is getting from overseas. Any reputable company does not charge you until they have the product ready to ship. BUYER BEWARE, if you order products from here you may end up losing your money, and don't expect any response for the company, they simply don't care. Worst company I have ever heard of!
