Placed an order for a belt for a gun holster on October 25,2022, website said 8-11 weeks until delivered. It Is now coming up on 6 months and still no product. I emailed them at 13 weeks and got a response saying it would be here soon. However after 2-3 more months passing Ive emailed 3 times with no response and no one answers the phone. Out of a belt and my money.

I’m a docent at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, Nevada. I ordered a pair of handmade deer skin moccasins for my reenacting history tour. They were delivered yesterday & are absolutely beautiful. Worth the money I spent on them & are far superior to the cheap ones made in Asia (gave those to Goodwill). Now waiting on my deer skin pants & shirt. Also ordered a shoulder pouch.

Placed an order for a coach gun scabbard 12/7/22 and as of 4/1/23, 16 weeks later, no delivery. Website states 8-12 weeks for delivery, and correspondence stated 12-14 weeks. A second-party seller that cannot uphold their end of a transaction is unreliable at best and fraudulent at worst.

Update 4/2/23. Refund requested and graciously provided. Lesson learned: don’t order if isn’t in stock and can ship in a timely manner.

I ordered pants size 38. Was sent size 40. I was told to return the pants and I would be sent the right size. The pants were sent back. Mike got a hold of me and the problem should be resolved.

I had placed an order for a pair of leather wrist cuffs on the 6th of March. a week had gone by and my order status was still not updated from processing. I emailed and did not receive a reply. I started to look at reviews and thought i had been scammed. Checked credit card and no charge yet so I placed a call, no answer but did received a call back a little while later. I was informed then it was on back order and should ship within the week. On the 15th I received a call but was in bad cell service but Mike was nice enough to carry on a text conversation with me to tell me my order had shipped and had emailed the tracking number and received item on the 20th. The leather wrist cuffs are very well made of good quality leather. I would give 5 stars if It was communicated to me sooner that my order was on back order. Over all good experience with Old Trading Post.

I had what I was looking for in old west clothing. On part of my order I chose trousers but without the pant's length given by the seller which only means that you are left to have alterations done to get your proper trousers length. The site gives no sizing chart on any of their clothing. Anyway, site has great choices on clothing items and at a reasonable price. Communications is excellent. Good people to deal with.

Doc Holiday Holster ?????

I have not received my order. Ordered in first week of December 2022. It’s now middle March 2023 and I still haven’t received my order. No replies from emails or Phone Calls, asking for an update on the Shipping status. I think I’d just like to get my money back.

It took almost 2 months to receive a previous order. ( 2 ties) . I hope I would receive this order (blank firing pistol) In a timely manner to have it for a reenactment show soon.

Going on three weeks and still no item. No tracking number either.

The the holster combo was above our expectations, the craftsmanship is very impressive. It shipped and arrived well packaged and within a very reasonable time frame. Thank you.
