Tue Octopus staff member - Darren who I have been dealing with has been very helpful and great customer services. Had a few issues when ordering the car which was a combination of a few factors but Darren was very helpful and kept me up to date with progress.

9th October (20 days ago at time of writing) I had my EV annual service in the main dealer, it is a maintained salary sacrifice lease. It needed two tyres changed, one of them was below the legal limit. So the main dealer changed the tyres. I checjed before with Octopus, in writing they said it was fine, pay for them, and Octopus will reimburse me. Despite multiple emails all I get is an emaim back saying we will escalate it.

Despite all the claims about excellent customer service in the media, they are absolutely no better than any of their competitors. I would not recommend them to those looking to lease an EV, nor to companies looking for a EV salary sacrifice partner

I've just set up an EV salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus EV for the company I work for. Marcus and the rest of the team have been a pleasure to deal with. Informative, responsive, helpful. Just what you need when navigating something new and unknown. It's early days, but the scheme seems to be off the ground without hassle, and the admin load has been light enough to fit around existing work.
