Leon Miller was extremely helpful through the whole process

A great experience from start to finish! The team were friendly, helpful and professional, guiding me through every step of the process right up until delivery was completed. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

Responded promptly and effectively after an error on my part, ensuring process remained on-track

Agent was informative and friendly.

Amazing Customer Service today, very impressed with how quickly everything was handled.

Alyx assisted me with my EV process. Really helpful, friendly and proactive. 🙌

We were very pleased to be dealing with Rocky. She was brilliant from day one. She handled our lease from making our choice of car through to delivery and the instalation of our charger. Due to an unfortunate accident, nothing to do with Octopus, our car was damanged in transit. Rocky was amazing we had a hire car on the drive within days and she was in contact every day with updates on a replacement car. We are 100% happy with the service provided. She is always on hand to call if we need advice on something. We would totally recommend Octopus Leasing. A thank you to Jadz too. Again provided us with excellent customer service.

Really helpful staff whom gave clear facts and figures, great lead times.

Looking forward to my new vehicle.

Nedal was fantastic - super helpful and knowledgeable. Really happy with the process!

Very easy to order due to clear options, information and documentation. Supported by proactive professional customer support team. Selected a car and my order was complete within 24 hours.

Great to work with Valentina. What stands out is how genuinely committed she is to helping me.

Nathaniel was instrumental in my Octopus order. He walked me through all the options and helped me find the best car for my needs. Amazing service!!

I’ve had a great experience with Octopus. The team has been very prompt in responding to my queries and providing clear guidance. Quotes were also received quickly, and the follow-up throughout has been excellent.

All the information has been easy to understand, with each step clearly explained, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.

I’m very pleased with the service provided and would happily recommend Octopus!

Alyx was great, very patient and explained things well. Can't comment on the rest of the process as not had delivery dates or anything yet, but 100% would recommend chatting to Alyx if you are considering getting an EV.

The service we received from start to finish was excellent. Our contact at Octopus, Tobi, was very efficient & knowledgeable. We were slightly late in submitted a form, but he was still able to meet the delivery date of our car on a tight deadline. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Octopus Electric Vehicles

Speedy & simple process. Nadal handled my application, he explained everything very well and made sure I understood how the SS scheme works. Also sourced the right vehicle for my budget and family needs.

Highly recommended.

It was Nice to talk Fatimah, she provided all relevent details.

I used Octopus's EV Salary Sacrifice scheme, and the process went very well.

Staff were very helpful when I was choosing a car and checking prices, and after ordering, they provided helpful updates.

I have now received my car and I love it!

The only negative is that I ordered my car early Sept with an estimated delivery of Sept, but it did not get delivered until late Oct.
