I received a notice that my order #79791
was delivered!!! It was not delivered to my address - I would like a refund of the products I ordered or the products I ordered sent to me at my address. Very disappointed with this.

Nutriessentials responded very quickly and determined that there was a system error and the wrong information was sent - They did sent me the correct tracking information and I did receive my order yesterday. HMF not delivered cool
I ordered HMF Replete which needs to be refrigerated. It came in a package with no cooling packs at all. Now I’m not sure if I can even use it as it might have gone bad.

Had allergic reaction. I notified the company and send pictures. They did not care. Would not refund costs. Not to mention nothing for my suffering.

they charged my credit card, without noticing me, extra $19.76 for shipping.
that was after $29.5 for the shipping when i did the order.
plus, they charged me for extra $9.36 taxes that were not supposed to be paid!
for a $72 i've paid an extra of $58.

However, when declaring to customs, we must provide the actual product value to ensure the shipment clears without any delays or suspicion. This is a standard requirement from FedEx and customs authorities, and unfortunately, we do not have control over their procedures or additional charges they may apply.
