I'm not one to usually write reviews- in all honesty it's hard to find the time, but the service from Nuna has been absolutely excellent and deserves a review!

I thought long and hard about what pram I was going to buy for my first baby, and that entailed lots and lots of questions for different pram companies I was considering. What swayed it for me was not only the travel system, but also the staff at Nuna- every time I rang they were more than happy to help, and gave me plenty of their time answering my questions.

The Nuna travel system itself, and the customer service before I chose Nuna, and also afterwards when I had a small problem which was nothing to do with Nuna- but my partners fault, Nuna could be nothing less than super helpful and polite, even when one of my issues was nothing to do with their product but a fault of our own.

If like me you are not sure which pram to go for, I would highly recommend Nunas products and brilliant aftercare!

The pram itself is lightweight compared to others and easy to open and close, as well as being able to move it around one handed- really useful if you find yourself in a shop alone and need a hand fre- I didn't realise how important this was, until I found myself in that situation! The car seat we went for in the travel system package was the carry cot one, which means we are able to do both shirt and longer distance journeys without too much worry about baby's health or spine, as she is laying flat. We are then able to easily put the carry cot seat on and off the base to go from home to the car and attach onto the pram and be on our way whenever and wherever we are.

I could go honestly go on and on....but going back to the beginning of my review and how I lack time, I will finish off by saying a huge thank you once again to everybody at Nuna, and thank you for making fab products, I will surely be looking into other products of yours too, given my fab experience with the travel system :)

Amazing customer service from Ella and the Nuna brand. I messaged on Facebook regarding the replacement seat pad and cushion, the best thing about it, the replacement was free and was delivered in 4 days!

We have had our pram for a travel set for a couple of years and has been used heavily, especially during the pandemic! I contacted customer service and with a few questions a week later new front and back wheels were sent to us, something I wasn’t expecting and with another baby on the way helped dramatically! Great product and a great customer service to match, thanks especially to Ella!

Nous avons acheté toute la gamme NUNA Next de la pousette Next , la nacelle et le siège auto coque Pipa Next qui n'est pas du tout adapté au bébé de plus de 4k à la naissance ! Attention pensez à retirer le coussins , le rembourrage car sinon bébé s'étouffe ! Il a le menton collé à la poitrine, c'est très étroit et pas possibilité de régler l'attache entre les jambe car elle est fixe donc un calvaire. On a jamais pu l'utiliser car il pleurait à n'en plus finir pas du tout à l'aise et même si on retire le rembourrage ça reste très étroit. Très déçue de l'achat. Nous aurions préférer passer directement avec la Todl qui est largement plus large. Nous avons déjà fais part du souci lors du salon du Bébé avec photo à l'appui et sur le site rubrique " Nous contacter " et malgré notre retour ils ne peuvent rien faire. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel. Je recommande pas ce siège.

Exceptional customer service. Contacted them to request to buy a new bag for the travel cot after the straps on the other one broke and was sent a new one immediately. Really refreshing interaction.

I recently purchased a Nuna Triv travel system second-hand. The infant seat insert was discoloured and bleached, and i also later realised the carrycot apron was missing so I contacted Nuna. Sarah was really helpful and is sending us replacements and unexpectedly at no charge. Very satisfied

I have a nuna demi grow stroller and I’m so happy with it. I recently lost one of the carrycot adaptors. I was searching for a new set or a replacement on Google, internet, Facebook market - everywhere but I couldn’t find anything. I decided to go on the nuna website and contact the team. They responded to my email immediately. I was so happy to hear that they have the adaptor replacement and that they will ship it out asap. I was more surprised that it was free of charge. Thank you so much!

I was looking for a replacement insert for my nuna leaf. And finding it difficult as they do not offer a parts website. This in itself is annoying as some of the products can be expensive and if like me you highly rated the product and wanted to use it again on my second baby I needed a new insert. Not just the fact of expense but there was nothing wrong with the rocker and it seemed a waste.
However I found a thread on Facebook of similar people requesting inserts for the Nuna leaf so I gave them a message. They responded very quickly and efficiently - sending me a replacement insert free of charge within 5 working days! I couldn’t believe it.
Although I am extremely grateful, I do think there should be a “spares” website to enable people to re use items not just for cost but also the environment.

I love my nuna pushchair and was really upset to have lost one of the shoulder pads to my car seat but after emailing for a replacement it was sent out asap. Very happy with the service I received.

I’ve absolutely loved using our Nuna mixx pram- it’s great quality and stylish. We are now expecting baby number two and knew we would like to purchase another Nuna pram for our two little ones as we’ve had a great experience with the first, I had some questions about the Nuna Demi grow so contacted customer services, Lisa at customer care has been a fantastic help, thank you again Lisa!

I recently purchased a Todl Next car seat, which was a returned product and did not include the side impact protector. I contacted Nuna in the UK, and they went above and beyond my expectations by providing the missing part absolutely free of charge.
This is my second purchase from Nuna (I already own the Nuna bundle with Arra car seat, Triv pushchair and carry cot, and have been very happy with them). I highly recommend their products not only because they are great, but also due to the excellent customer service provided by Nuna.

Contacted to source a replacement cushion for Nuna Leaf. Advised that they no longer stock the cushion in the requested colour however Nuna ordered a different coloured cushion directly to us free of charge! Amazing customer service!

We have a Nuna Rebl 360 car seat and when our infant insert got ruined they sent us out a replacement. Their costumer service was incredible and so easy to deal with. I thoroughly recommend and would definitely buy more products from them.

We have a Nuna Triv travel system. Excellent product, and we received great service from Nuna UK when we lost some parts. Thoroughly recommended.

5* products & 5* customer service is what you will get from Nuna, I have had many different Nuna products including the Nuna Zaaz, Nuna Leaf and Nuna Sena Air all products have been amazing and they are made to last I will always return to Nuna as they have the most reliable baby products and service I have ever used. Excellent customer service, I emailed nuna asking about a replacement part for my leaf that I already have had for a while and they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. They resolved my query with no problems or questions asked. Nuna are one of my top favourite baby brands and I will continue to use their products for my second pregnancy.
