Seller was extremely helpful, going out of her way to produce exactly what I was looking for. The item in question is for a gift therefore I do not want to say what it is at the moment. I will say it is beautifully made and was well packaged to avoid damage during transit. I would buy again from this seller.

Just love this candle and it arrived in a few days. Has the most amazing fragrance and clean burn. Love the subtle crackle of the wood wick. Nice touch enclosing the care card.

Somehow our delivery address changed from the order to the Ebro delivery and the order was sent to the wrong address which is an empty property! Luckily a neighbour had a key so I was able to recover the parcel.

My crochetted mobile lanyard from Lotus Crafts is excellent and has been in use ever since. It arrived really quickly. I love that it has a couple of connectors attached so I can switch around quickly and easily. The lanyard has become a receptacle of keys and anything else that will attach. Possibly the most useful item purchased in a long time. 😊
