I’ve been on numonday for a month and had 2 orders
I’ve come from Etsy having sold 10k items in 18 months, and the thing I’m not happy about is a seller is making the website more appealing for sellers not allowing customers to send sellers messages, nor follow them, having no numonday app, offering no marketing having no drop down listings to find something easier on a shop
And also no personalisations box
I understand your trying to gain more sellers but making the site more appealing will encourage more people to sell on there

I'm delighed with my first order. Ordering was easy and everything was packed well and came in good time.

I ordered a digital product through a seller. I did not receive the product and there was no email address or phone to contact the seller. I don't know ho you allow such sellers to exist on your playform. Luckily I paid through Revolut and was able to get my money back through them. I wouldn't get any help from you 100%. I would never use or recommend your platform.

We didn't know what to expect but always hope for top quality. We received the painting which was very well protected in bubble wrap type wrapping and very well boxed.

Royal Mail courier excellent. Every bodies taste in art varies but so pleased with the lino print. Fantastic skills.

The strategy is very simple - get sellers to sign up and pay for a membership, then sit back and relax. Sellers have to do all fhe social media marketing. Some very random third party payment system, obviously I didn't get any sales, because I dont have the time to spam Facebook (hence why eBay and Etsy works - they drive customers to their sites), but I could not understand how the shipping is gonna work, but it didn't look like there's an integrated shipping label generator, so if I have to go through all the hassle of creating my own labels, dear lord.
My main problem with this strategy is that there is almost zero marketing towards buyers. I've seen a million ads from them trying to get new sellers, sick of them by now. No one knows about this site, it doesnt even come up on google search when you look for handmade gifts! They're not investing in brand recognition amongst buyers, all they need is to get PAYING sellers. I'm sorry, a Facebook group for promotion? When there's at least 10 handmade FB groups with way more members and I can promote my shop there for free.
When seeing how underdeveloped this site is, I feel like there probably is no seller or buyer protection in place. I've been on Vinted, eBay and now Etsy too. Next to those marketplaces this one looks like a student made up a little project and has never bothered to develop it, if this is what you get almost 7 years after launching. Do better!

Ps. If I was a buyer, I would not buy anything on this site. It's very unappealing and looks dodgy.

Products were nice but color on the Vintage French Canister Set towel was off It was pink as opposed to the red I ordered.

Hi i am trying to find an email address for this company as the help support isn't helping me with my query.

Ordered a cake decoration from CAKE TOPPER SHOP on 25th of September, adding all details about the colours and numbers in the order note, i also mentioned that i need this by 28th of September.. seller promises first class delivery so i thought its perfect right? On October 1st seller messages me asking what colour decoration i want 🤯 the party is OVER. I ask the seller to refund my money on 2nd of october, I also report this case directly to Numonday and ask for a refund of my money. Today is 7th almost 8th of October i still have no response or refund of my money.

Absolutely destroyed all my trust and desire in supporting small business, id rather buy from big corporations and get my order on time, decent communication as well as refunded money when service fails.

Wonderful bespoke mini-garden. Bought as a Christmas gift for my Mum and will happily remind her of her granddaughter when she looks at it.

Quality is through the roof (even better than it looked in the store) and was delivered expertly packaged to ensure the fragile contents were safe.

The trader could not have done more to help me with my request. I cannot rate the service I had high enough and the product is first rate. I will definately shop with them again.
