Awful company. Placed an order for an item of furniture on 1st August with payment taken the same day. No confirmation of despatch, delays in emails being answered. As at today, 25th August, still no sign of my item. Despite being advised that it has been despatched, and despite asking for a tracking number, I have received nothing - no tracking number and no sign of order. Have requested a refund but no reply. No telephone number to ring. Awful company to work with.

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered 2 pieces from their website. Not only I never actually received any emails from them but only 1 part of the order arrived. After almost a month of waiting they claimed they have sent me a new replacement for my 2nd missing piece and it never came. I asked for a refund and I was told within 2-3 working days I will get my money back. It has now been 2 weeks, no money in my bank account, contacted them again and they said the payment shows as successful from their side so they can't do anything. Stay away from them.

This company advertises goods; when you want an item Novielo then purchase it from Wayfair or wherever online is cheapest (and Novielo keeping a 25%-50% markup) Novielo don't receive the goods (no handling costs) the items are dispatched direct to you.

SO when there is a problem with the delivery NOVIELO DO NOT help.

They become uncontactable. This leaves you to deal directly with Amazon or whoever.
Its a great moneymaking scheme really - marking up items from retail outlets and not having to deal with customers once money in their pockets.

I ordered a side table on 26 June which was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. To date I have not received it, despite emails from the company promising it is on its way and the money was taken immediately even though my item was clearly not in stock. After reading more reviews I notice that this is a common occurrence so I emailed the company for the final time asking for a refund. I did receive a reply saying they're refunding my bank which will take 2 to 3 days to appear in my account. Tomorrow is day 3 so we'll wait and see! This company shows a couple of 4 and 5 star reviews on their advertisement which leads you to believe they are trustworthy however, don't be fooled, read further and you'll see that they have lots of low ratings from unsatisfied customers. I'll never use this company again. UPDATE as expected no refund was processed by this company so I had to contact my bank to retrieve my payment which luckily proved successful.

I ordered shelves on 6th June with 5-7 days delivery. When it hadn't arrived after 10 I complained and then again a few days later. I have been told they have despatched a new one. I don't believe it at all. I have now requested a refund but not holding out much hope of getting that without a fight. I would not recommend this company at all.

Tried unsuccessfuly to get in touch with this firm cant access their page wont let me ive tried to return a rug they sent me the wrong one it states you have 30 days to return and then you cant do they just block you until the 30 days are up so you cant return terrible company got your money then they dont want to know stay well clear

Very happy with the quality of product and service. The coat rack was easy to put together and looked great! It'd be great if the packaging could be more environmentally friendly :)

Still only received 50% of my order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. Rug came today that I was charged £119 for. Came with labels from another company, visited their website and rug retails at £79.95. Absolute rip off merchants. Stay away. Scam company. They don't even have a contact number.

The items that I ordered arrived promptly and am very happy with the purchases I made and would recomend to others.

Easy to order (good value too!), quick dispatch. The item is lovely; good quality, solid and was easy to follow the instructions and assemble.

Orderd 2 items 2nd of may recieved 1 item still waiting for table, keep being fobbed of with excuses about couriers losing item etc etc asked for money back by email and no response should never off taken money if they dont have item in stock!!!!

I ordered a mirror which unfortunately was damaged on arrival, I emailed customer service which responded in 24hrs. I sent in a photo of the damage and they sent me a replacement, which came within days. I am so pleased with my mirror and the swift action that the customer service provided.
I would definitely order from this company and would highly recommend them. Thank you 😊

Easy to put together and love the finished product!

Delivery was on time. The wardrobe is smaller than I thought (not your fault!) It is only for use in my spare room so enough for a small room.
Quite happy with the product.
