Could I give 0. Order never arrived. Complained, no response and no refund!

Ordered two items. One year later product never arrived. Its a scam site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SELLS FAULTY ITEMS THEN YOU CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE TO GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE! Item delivered on time but it was faulty. A damaged vase that let water out! I tried to call the company and email several times - no-one answers or replies. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money on counterfeit rubbish! :(

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
Took my money for a television unit and never delivered.
Tried contacting them multiple times with no communication.
Had to go through the bank as a fraudulent claim.
Awful, awful site.

Items never delivered.
Nearly a year after the order (and payment withdrawal) the ordered items was never delivered. Tried multiple e-mail contacts and via Facebook, they simply do not reply. This is simply a scamming/fraud fake company hiding behind a domain by proxy.

When I bought the table I should have known there was something amiss because they didn’t send me any receipt or invoice.
So the table came today and the base for it is all smashed. So I went into their website and lie and behold no link for customer service! I’m hoping that I will get a refund anyway but rubbish cs.

Order arrived broken. Emailed proof 3 times over the course of a week and a half and have heard nothing.
Finding any route/contact for customer service on their website is literally impossible. I don’t think it’s a real company

Ordered goods in November, paid for fast delivery as it was a Christmas present. Now February and no sign of goods. There is no phone number and the email is automated reply. Wish I had checked reviews. I have now reported them to actionfraud.police.uk
PLEASE ALSO REPORT, THE MORE REPORTS THEY RECEIVE WILL HELP SHUT THIS SHAM OUTFIT!

We bought some NSFW gifts for Christmas for some family members, they were hilarious and well received 😂😂 I can't say much about the quality cos I don't think they will ever be used for there actual purpose but the service was great, shipping was fast and they were safely packaged

scammers,do not buy from them.

Broken item received, no response to emails initially, now emails bouncing back email address unknown.
Now no customer service contact details on the site.
Please, please please give this company a miss, they just want your hard earned cash , customer service doesn’t appear to exist.

I would give 0 stars. I paid the item in August but despite several emails the product has still not arrived in December.

They cancelled the order without letting me know and I have no clue about the refund

Awful - took payment and haven't despatch goods. Still waiting 4 weeks on even though they state a 5-7 day despatch time.

Do not reply to any emails and do not publish a phone number.

Have reported them but not sure what will happen as they are receiving money for nothing - con.

I ordered the items and it doesn't dispatched and no response from this company. This is SCAM. Never buy anything from you again.
