I ordered my tables and asked for a quicker delivery window and they were more than happy to help with excellent customer service and quality products. Very happy with this company and I will be coming back for more !

Easy to assemble. Really reasonably priced. Attractive tv cabinet with good space for everything. Great customer service.

Placed an order on 6/12/21. It's my third order from Novielo, the first two were fine but this has been an absolute joke. I first emailed 2nd Jan to ask for an update, Keeley responded simply to say "this product has an extended delivery time of 10-15 days as mentioned on the product page". I responded to let Keeley know that that amount of time had passed. She said sorry, I'll get an update as soon possible. 11 days passed, so I chased again and told it was scheduled for delivery and would be sent out via special delivery. I emailed back with reasons I was really unhappy- only getting updates when I've chased, brushed off with my initial email, and ultimately poor customer service that doesn't make up for any of it. This email was seemingly disregarded with a generic "I appreciate this, sorry for the inconvenience. But great news, it's arrived and we're preparing it for dispatch!". I responded to say I didn't feel my comments had been taken seriously, and asked to be put in touch with a manager. Only at this point did Keeley offer a 10% refund. I wasn't happy with this so asked for a revision or cancellation. Keeley then told me that the item had already been dispatched so could not be cancelled, and offered a 15% discount after speaking to management. 6 days later, it hasn't arrived, and Keeley seems to still be chasing the warehouse for an update. I asked to speak to a manager again. Keeley responded to say "I am a manager, and more than happy to help you as best I can. Very sorry, we're working hard on this, etc". I've had no dispatch confirmation, no answers about where this is or when to expect it, no cooperation in escalating the problem, an insulting 15% refund and just lies on top of lies. I've been told it's dispatched and would be special delivery, there's no confirmation. Keeley told me she is management, but had to refer to management to increase the refund from 10% to 15%. And I'm still completely in the dark. Absolutely disgusting customer service

Order arrived very quickly. It was easy to put together and the instructions were well labelled.

I purchased a ladder shelving unit via there website. It was delivered in a week and the standard of wood is amazing. I am now going to buy matching coffee tables, would definitely recommend.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered an item that I was told was delayed. Never giiven an actual delivery date. Anyway the item arrived and it was half of the actual unit no instructions, no screws or attachments and no legs, totally flatpacked. I was told that the item would need very little assembly. Total lie. I have tried to contact the customer service and no reply. No way to get in contact to get this rectified. I will never order form here again. Its not luxury furniture. Its MDF. Might as well of went to IKEA, at least I would have a complete item.

We ordered the etna gold detail TV unit. It arrived quickly, was easy to put together, excellent quality and value for money. What more could you ask for?

Absolute circus!!! Honestly avoid at all coast unless you want to be robbed! No product and no money back!
I’ve ordered the shelf unit on the 07/11/21 expecting to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks passed and nothing so I’ve emailed to find out it has been delayed, week later same story- they don’t even bother to let you know! So I’ve chased them few times and then mentioned TWICE! I won’t be at home from 23rd of December so they said they’ll leave a note to contact me before dispatching and guess what - 22/12 I received an email that my parcel will arrive on the 23rd! So emailed again but they did not give a monkey! Customer service manager (who was dealing with me - Keeley) told me it was left in a safe place! I came back on the 30/12/21 and there’s no parcel, kept emailing them ever since trying to get a refund but except “I apologise and I appreciate your frustration” in every single email they are completely helpless. I have also asked her to escalate this to her superiors but she ignored it! She has never even acknowledged my refund request even though it is their responsibility to deliver and fault they did not! Stay away!!!

Typical imported product from China. Arrives in a box with hundreds of pieces to put together and looks like poor quality. It is cheaper to buy from the Wayfair.co.uk website which I only learned after reading reviews on here and checking the website. I would recommend just going to Ikea. At least you know exactly what you are getting.

Love the 2 products I bought - great quality. Fast delivery too.

Terrible quality for top prices. Bought a framed wooden picture for £95 expecting a quality item. What I received is a pixelated print you'd expect to see in homebargins for a tenner. Been waiting over a week now for a customer service reply to return it.

If you like rubbish items at high prices this is for you.

Purchased our second piece of furniture from Novielo this week and we are just as impressed as the first piece. Easy to build, great quality, looks just as it does in the pictures.
Excellent customer service too!

My bench set was delivered on time took about an hour to put together everything fitted in place well.quite sturdy for the price I paid .i am very happy with it
