Easy to use Website with accurate stock levels, The shower tap ordered was the Traditional Breech Shower Valve for use in a property with a (very) low pressure systems, the quality of the tap and fittings is excellent and once plumbed in gave good control and flow rate to allow for a good shower.

Good service. Postage seemed expensive for the price of the part (a £7 acrylic handle) It had to be adjusted to fit but it would be difficult to get an exact replacement.
All in all it looks a lot better than before.

After hours of searching receipts from 15 years ago I could not identify the original make of a dripping kitchen tap. We had been looking for new tap cartridges for a long time but didn't know the make of our taps by measuring the old ones and sending them the details they were able to supply us with the correct cartridges. Great service.

Needed replacement 3/4” cartridges for a customer and was struggling identifying them. Stumbled across not just taps and was surprised at their level of choice and was able to obtain replacements. Will certainly keep them in mind next time around.
