Bought an excellent used Honda Jazz perfectly prepped.Lengthy waits in showroom due to staff shortages. Happy with the trade out deal though a return visit needed for instruction on the touchscreen functions.

I just picked up my first car at Norton Way and it was a quick and easy process from start to finish. Mark was especially attentive, answering all my questions and giving me as much information as possible to make sure I would enjoy my new car. He even managed to convince my mum to look into getting a new car too! Amazing service, professional and friendly, would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Norton Way Honda. My overall experience during the purchase of my new used vehicle was very positive. Throughout the whole process the sales representative was very informal taking time to explain all my options and answering my question along the way, nothing was to much trouble.

Just bought my sixth car from Norton Way in Letchworth and went electric for the first time. The sales team are great - Krishan was really helpful and lovely to deal with throughout.

But I wasn't happy that my brand-new car went wrong after less than two weeks of having it. Every yellow warning light came on one after the other.

Service team booked it in for an 8am appointment the following Monday. Drove 40 miles back to the dealership. "It'll be ready by 5pm." What am I expected to do in Letchworth potentially for a whole day when I live in London? Fortunately, the car was returned after 90 minutes with no clue on their side as to what happened. "Customer to monitor". Hardly a helpful resolution to the problem.

Any company is only as good as how they act when something goes wrong. This wasn't good enough.

Great sales service from phone call enquiry to free delivery. In the space of 4 days. Mark Meredith went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle in a very reasonable time scale, in very good condition and even offered to deliver the vehicle without a delivery charge.

I’m very happy with my new car and the customer service was great from start to finish. A bit far for me to use them for my services and maintenance but I have to say this was a good dealership and well motivated and managed.

I've just bought a two year old Honda Jazz and, so far, I'm very pleased with it. However, there were several problems along the way where the dealership were at fault and, at one point, I was on the verge of pulling out of the deal. However, Katie Hodgkinson saved the day for Norton Way Honda. Her professionalism, courtesy and communication were superb and reassuring and the dealership were quick to apologise and look for solutions. It took nearly two months for me to actually get the car (it's a long story!!) so I can't give them 5 stars but because of Katie, I'm giving 4.

Staff esp Mark Meredith who was respectful , courteous n kept us informed at the various stages of our order of the ZRV estate while we were in Australia.
Thus we were able to collect the car as soon as we returned. Thank you Mark!

There was significant attention to detail in terms of what we were looking for and our price point but the team were not prepared for the vehicle to leave the showroom until it met their quality standards- this high level of commitment was impressive
