All went generally well. Was a little irritated when the day they said they would try to have the car ready came and went with no explanation and i ended up picking the car up exactly 1 week later. Also on the way home my husband noticed that the water temperature light was on permanently red, so we pulled over and found the radiator expansion reservoir bottle was below the minimum. We topped it up and all was ok but i do feel that this should have been checked as a matter of course before the vehicle left the dealer.

I had a very poor experience purchasing a second-hand car at this dealership. I was given a date as to when my vehicle would be ready so I bought my train ticket only to be told a few hours before that it would not be ready. I therefore didn't have enough time to get a refund on the train ticket. The salesperson was aware of this. Secondly I was asked for a review but was unable to submit however much I tried the computer system would not let me submit a negative review. Thirdly I was not made aware of the rust patches on the roof nor the lack of paint around the window. Fourth 10 minutes into the journey after pick up my vehicle the tyre inflation warning light came on. There is no puncture in the tyre so I assume it is either a faulty valve or poor seal around the edge. Because of the length of time Norton Honda had the vehicle they must have know about this fault and pumped up the tyre just before the hand over. I also became suspicious about the previous history of the car because the dealer had forgotten to clear the history from the navigation system. The last log was for a motor circuit so I became suspicious as to whether the vehicle had been used on a "Drive your own car track day" which may be a good explanation to the excessive number of stone chips in the paintwork. A truely disappointing experience with Norton Way Honda. How Norton Way Honda can improve: offer a refund for transportation cost if you have agreed a time of pick up then cancel. Be totally honest about a vehicle's condition and point out all of the good and bad points. Allow submissions of negative as well as positive reviews. December 2023.

Everything that wass required was done! A few minor complications but sufficient action taken to compensate for these.

Broken promise on delivery of new Honda Jazz. Should have been 5 September, delivered 27 September.

Sales person was very polite and the transaction was very smooth. During the selling process I was told that the service history was digital and was currently being requested. I took this as meaning full service history however it transpired that it was only the history from the last owner and not the original owner, by this time I had taken ownership of the car, I did pay the current market value for the car and am now disappointed that I don't have any service history from the first two years. I have to accept that it was my fault as I should have insisted on seeing all history before parting with the money. as I paid the market value price i'm now concerned the car is worth less without this history.

We were not happy at all with the Service we received. We ended up being at Honda Letchworth for nearly 2 hours when we went to pick our new car up. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Probably last time we will buy a Honda car.

The car has a lot more issues than mentioned when the sales agent sent me the detailed video. The car was only clean on the outside and was filthy inside. I didn’t receive all my service history and was told by the sales agent she would get back to me with a response to my issues and not hear anything since. I will be looking to take this further.
