I had an issue with my lights
I had an issue with my lights and was told the van was booked in to be sorted. On arrival it turns out it hadn't been booked in but, they accommodated me and sorted the problem out. Much much appreciated. Thanks guys.

The young Chinese boy helpful
The young Chinese man is very good he tickled my son’s Mercedes van and turned it on. Very professional and well mannered man. He also told me that A modern vehicle uses an AC generator also know as an alternator

Absolute shocking service
Absolute shocking service, after having our van (9 week ish) for repairs, they sent it out with no working headlights and we find out they should'nt have sent it out at all as it was not road worthy, to then have to take it back in a get an electric van as a replacement which is no use especially when they don't supply a cable to charge it with. Never again

Purchase of Vito Dualiner
Our contact from the start of the purchase process was Simon Lonsdale, based in the Sheffield branch. The Vito we were interested in was in Doncaster, Simon brought the vehicle to us for a test drive, once driven it took very little deliberation to decide we wanted it. Great communication and regular updates right up until collection where Simon was waiting to hand the vehicle over. Thanks to all involved for making our purchase a seemless experience.

Amazing Services & Genuine Parts
My van was broken and I decided to take straight away to Northside Truck & Van. It was my right decision, although fault was very difficult to find but staff diagnosed and ordered from Germany which arrived very quickly.
I understand someone may have bad experience, the best way to talk with CS or manager,they will happy to help you.
The other best thing is you get genuine parts without hassle very quickly and sometimes cheaper than market.
They deserve definitely 5 stars, Wil visit again if needed.

Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always! I came in on Friday morning stressed as my power steering pump had failed the night before and with it being my only vehicle for work, without it being road worthy I can’t work. Amelia was great, she got straight onto it and I had my van back by mid day (the same day) so was able to go back to work!
So thank you again!

Shocking, honestly.
Got MOT advisories, asked for quote, didn't receive it, chased a month later. Finally got quote, was outrageous, asked why it was necessary to do so much work and was told "I don't know". How come you quoted me £5k+ then, pal, if there's apparently no reason to do all that work?
