Northgate Service
We hire vans from Northgate our local branch is Snodland (Kent). In the past we've received poor service. However, today its been brilliant, on Tuesday I rung to book an appointment and was offered one on Thursday great, the appointment was for 2pm. My driver got there a lot earlier, this wasn't a problem said Jessy we'll get in the workshop straight away an hour and an half later my driver was leaving the site he got back to base at 2pm. Long may this improvement continue.

Snodland Branch - Poor Service
I run a Fleet of over 100 and 90% of my Fleet is through Northgate.
Each time I need to use this branch for a delivery/collection I only get a resolution or even a response when I get my account manager Steve Edwards involved.
These errors must be costing Northgate so much money, as I can't be the only Fleet Manager with this issue who then requests credits back for loss of use of vehicles.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Charlotte!
I completely understand your frustrations, especially with managing over 100 vehicles with us.
It’s disheartening to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations so far, and I’d be more than happy to investigate this further for you.
If you could please provide more details about the issues you’re facing, along with the relevant vehicle registration details, and send them to customer.services@northgate.co.uk, I’ll look into this as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your review. Hopefully, we can work together to improve your experience going forward.
Take care,
Beth Kell
