Drove to Crawley to get mot on the van to find out it was done in September. Having received a text on Friday to confirm the booking for 11.30am 3rd November from the head office. The receptionist was apologetic. The head office is terrible a awaste of my time and a loss of income.

I had a tyre blow out at 70mph in a…
I had a tyre blow out at 70mph in a Northgate van. Very frightening experience. I managed to get it to a safe verge. Called the roadside assistance. No reply. After 30 minutes , I left the van and got a lift back to the office tried assistance again. No reply. Got home . tried assistance again. Let the phone ring for 1.5 hours. No reply . FJck them . I'm never using Northgate again.

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO ELSEWHERE
I would advise to look elsewhere, when it comes to vehicle hire. The vehicle was fine until it was not, from the get go I was delivered a defective vehicle, which then had to be replaced and i had to accept the costs for change fo insurance ect. Then cut to when the new vehicle went in for a service and I never received it back, but they do not wish to refund me the monies that was paid for the hire of the vehicle that was in my possession. 10's of emails have been sent, which have not been replied to, no communication between co-workers or department. A complaint was made and after following up still has not been dealt with, although a newperson has responded saying I owe them money lol. I gave them 7 days to deal with the issue until the legal option is used, but it seems that no one wants to deal with this as the owed money is only around £400. IF YOU EXPECT A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE HERE, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.
