Had a wonderful experience with workshop, they were prompt and quick with their service , Tayyib was fantastic..the front office staff was very helpful (Marcus and Ramtin) and overall i recommend this to anyone who has a repair.

I came to the branch to have my van…
I came to the branch to have my van serviced and was initially given a warm welcome. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and my van was taken into the workshop.
However, the service took much longer than expected. After waiting for around three hours for a first service, I decided to walk through the yard and ended up near the workshop area. I could see my van, and it appeared that a mechanic was working on it. He was wearing large headphones, and despite trying to get his attention by calling out to ask how much longer it would take, I was completely ignored. It also seemed like he might have been on the phone.
I found this quite unprofessional, especially as I had not received any updates during the wait. Better communication and customer awareness would have made a big difference to my overall experience.

Waiting longer than anticipated, especially without updates, is understandably frustrating.
