Nordmende washing machine. Very pleased with it. Has a 15 and 30 minute wash which are good. Longer if you want. Also you can chose rinse which is good if you want to do some light washing with cold water as if does a couple of rinses and spins on this. Good for the money

Bought a Normende washing machine ARWN12102WH
Has to be the worst washing machine ever there are no clear instructions how to use! Yes a washing machine should be you turn on and leave but this goes on and on forever I have tried looking up instructions on line I have tried ever cycle now and it still takes hours so unhappy with it and its only a week old I just want to throw it out and get a different make

Less than 2 years old that along with
A replacement dishwasher 2
That lasted 7 washes
Speaks for its self really

Poor quality equipment, after a year the induction hob broke, after two years the oven starts going crazy and turns off. Waste of money

Avoid this brand. Moved into new built estate three years ago and all of us were given intergrated fridge freezer and many of us had to replace and pay for new one. Customer service were awful!!!
Would never buy brand again

Avoid this brand!!! Just 1,5 months ago I bought ceramic hob. Already broken. Customer service absolutely useless.

As part of our kitchen package, we were supplied with a Normende extractor fan / hood.
Within days of use, the stainless steel finish is covered in finger marks and what looks like patches of rust.
I have tried everything to remove the marks and nothing works..it seems it's a cheap product using substanard materials.

Had a new kitchen installed 4 weeks ago all new nordmende appliances used everything on the day it was installed except washing machine a couple of days later tried to use it E01 kept coming up, engineer arrived 2 weeks later and told me faulty door 2 weeks later new machine arrived still sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor no information when it will be installed and no apologies from company🤬

Unfortunately my mothers fridge/freezer only lasted 4 years compared with my Bosch fridge/freezer which is 15+ years old. We also paid an additional €75 to be told it couldn't be fixed so overall very bad value and the offer of 1/3 of another Normende is not going to be attractive given these machines look like they are manufactured to be obsolete in the short term which is crazy considering all the conversations around sustainability, recycling etc!!

Bought a nordmende oven in 2021 the element has gone 3 times since then, rang customer service to get it fixed again and because I'm out of warranty they want me to fix the same problem which will cost me 100 euro, never will buy anything of nordmende again as it's
crap quality, I asked them last time to replace my oven but I got told no as they will fix the part now its gone again no less 10 months later

Whatever you do do not buy NordMende they are crap products that cheap scape developers purchase for their apartment blocks to save money and stitch up the owners. It seems there is no conscience just to scam! No support just saying you have to find your own way if you haven’t bought extended warranty but the law says white goods that are faulty fall within a 6 year period. We are left with a dead fridge freezer and have to pay £600 ( to include removal of the crap nord Mende appliance ) either way an expense we should not have to bear.

Absolutley disgusted with yous ive a washing machine two months nothing but leaks and the digital switch goes to endwhen i.put a wash on fair enough 2 engineers were out second one told me change my washing powder and its too much powder causing the leaks lol its it leaks water even with no.powder in machine im plastering yous all over the internet and im getting legal advice ive every email of videos and pics i sent to yous yous are a disgrace wont cost me to go to court as im entitled to free legal aid

I have a nordmende washer dryer model WD14751WH . I was told by property agent this has washer dryer dual option . Once arrived I tried the dryer option with no success . It seems like this model doesn’t have any dryer only option . I had to hung my clothes as they were considerably wet .
I read both the manual and any online tip but nothing came out . The manual per se isn’t quite clear wether the machine has or has not a dryer only option . Which is very frustrating.

I will updated tomorrow once I manage to contact customer service. Let’s seeeeee

UPDATE : contacted customer service . Useless . I would give them 0 stars if I could . It was focus on my warranty period which is still running, rather than help me with the issue at hand :/ .

Really bad expierence with this crowd. It took them over 2 weeks to tell me that a washing machine handle was obsolete but they would give a discount on a brand new washing machine. Googled the part and found it for €20 on quinnspares.com. Got my technician guy to fit it for €35. Better spending €55 than €550 on a brand new washing machine!

I have a Nordmende Fridge Model# RUL154WH. The LED light inside died after 9 months. I have been waiting for the warranty replacement light for over 6 MONTHS. There are several others the repair company tells me waiting on the same part. They have ordered the wrong part 4 times. The level on incompetence with this company is unreal. I have to use a torch to see in my fridge. I can't tell you how many times I have contacted their customer service. It's like some sort of game for these people. It's always someone else's fault.

Normande appliances starts giving problem within a year of purchase. On top of it, their horrible customer care called KAL are rude with the customers and hang up phone without listening to the problem and booking the service. Stay away from them.

My entire apartment block is kitted out with Nordmende appliances, and I imagine the property managers will bitterly regret it once all this junk invariably starts breaking.

The microwave looks ancient despite being brand new, the oven is enormously unintuitive (why isn't there an on/off button?!), the hob brings water to only a very gentle boil at the hottest, the washing machine is loud and inefficient, the components of the dishwasher don't really fit into place. I understand these are budget appliances, and they obviously don't even come close to a brand like Siemens.

It's unfortunate that Nordmende probably made a huge profit in kitting these blocks out. I won't be surprised if we run into issues with these appliances, and these alone make me want to move out. Avoid at all costs.

Reasonable price dishwasher but it’s programmed to beep 6 times loudly every 5 minutes until you open it post cycle. Seems like a small thing but I wish it could be turned off. If you are somewhere distant in the house or having a nap / or it’s nighttime it’s an issue.

Got a new kitchen fitted in 2019 and were assured by the fitters that they registered our Fridge Freezer. After 2 and a half years we had a problem with it as the Fridge kept freezing food including Milk. Contacted Nordemende and sadly they told us that the Kitchen Co hadn't registered the warranty and we would have to pay a call out charge which we did. They fitted a new Thermostat which didn't fix the problem. I contacted the engineer and he assured us that he would endeavour to get us a new Fridge from Nordemende at a reduced rate as the previous one was only 30 months old. Sadly got no word back from them. Very very poor Customer service and would not recommend them. Just to add insult to injury I have just received an Invoice(17/6/22) for €55 for a part that didn't work having already paid €100 call out Charge. I think they are having a laugh.
